I tried the Temu experiment a few months ago myself. I went through and bought a few items and spent $100. Took 11 days to get to me in Kentucky so not terrible. But, here is what I found. I then went through and found the same items I ordered from Temu on Amazon. I am a prime member but I found that I actually saved $1.90 overall and got my order the next day. In conclusion, It's not worth ordering from Temu for my rc hobby needs 😂

Ok you have to test that lipo bag. I’ve got 8 bucks that says that doesn’t stop a fire period. Look at how thick race suits are and they are rated by the second.
Everything comes from oversees. A bunch of Ebay and Amazon sellers get their product from the same temu vendors before Temu was called Temu. Temu just cut the middle man out.
That RC buggy that looks like the associated works pretty good on 2s battery included remote holds a cell phone okay too. CheK that out I did do a video on it does right at 40 out of the box but for a small track it great.
i watched a video of someone tests all lipo bags and even ammo cans. none of them work. some of them even cause more fire. the really expensive solutions did a little better tho. ammo can explodes if it’s locked. best thing to do is put it in the ammo cans but don’t lock it and put in place fire safe area

I own many items that I have bought on temu. Some of which I use daily like my steering wheel tray for eating lunch or a fast food dinner. I have also bought accessories for my WPL Rc trucks on there which are great. Some stuff in my camper are from temu as well. They have alotta interesting things there for great prices
Haha nice. Honestly in the beginning of temu I found a lot of stuff on there for really cheap. Got a bunch of different flashlights that are really good that were like $1-$5 for each one. And checked Amazon for the same stuff and they were all $8-$20 more of what I got them for on temu. And I bought a lot of cool stickers for under $2 for packs of 100 or $2 for one large size sticker decal that are pretty nice quality. All the tools I’ve bought on temu just sucks so I stay away from the tools on there, only got one pretty decent pliers and those socket wrenches you got besides one being faulty molded or whatever cuz it didn’t fit because it was warped. I did buy a rechargeable precision soldering iron that just charges off of usb-c and it’s actually works really great and it was $8 and it lasts a long time before it needs a charge. I got some backpacks and waist bags/cross bags for really cheap and they’re all great. Some clothing on there and jackets on there are great too! Got a few shirts and they’re all comfy and nice. My jackets are nice besides one was miss detailed on the description of it being a certain material but it was wrong and arrived in cheap thin material but was still nice so that’s my cool weather use one now. Also got a few things for free that was in my cart during the beginning of my temu journey. I say try it for fun! It’s like gambling haha. You got a 50/50 chance to get something that is amazing or total crap lol. Never picked up anything rc yet. Makes me nervous lol. Also I did buy one of those $160 shiatsu massagers for $40 on temu and it’s amazing. Helps a lot and works great. And the same brand and model on Amazon was $158 or something.
I've purchased some MX28 wheels for mine Traxxas Slash but had a hard time cementing them together 👎. So I've returned them, for a full refund 🤙. If they would've come cemented, I would've stay with them 👌. They were like Proline Badlands MX28, with hexes set and flexible plastic rims 👎
I got suckered in with the buy all this and get a discount blah blah blah. Ended up with 4 rc display/work stands, some stupid cheap silicone inserts(not bad) and I got a toy excavator because I'm a fully grown man child. I'd be interested in an update on those wrenches, will they break? When they break? Are they snap-on grade China wrenches? Time will tell. What day will y'all do the live stream? I want to tune into that. Keep choppin' them cheap China finds
I bought the excavator too 😂 supposed give it to a kid thing is cool the drivers are same as cheap ones but from Amazon but we’re missing caps I only paid like 5 bucks though
Wouldn't touch TEMU with *your* 10ft pole....any company that plays the same commercial 100 times during the superbowl is up to no good 😂 same with Scammy-baba.

Did not do the RC land thing if it had wheels I didn't buy, why lol😂 this video answered that question. However I did have a late night shopping spree when my spirits were right,😂😂😂. I bought a boat, umm gave that to my 3 year old grand son, bought several quadcopters based off the e99 , I think that's the base ones name, some were ok, but 3 out of 6 had major drifting issues and prop shut down issues, but hey at the price you get them for your lucky to get a quality check of yep turns on and props spin, so kinda hard to be to harsh on them, when I took one apart it had a severe pinched attena and looked like it was starting to break. So do with that tid bitty what you will, the plastic was hard a cheap, again I say look at the price, however it didn't break till it dropped out of the air when it was over black top, flying pretty high up considering the receiver issue I'm not surprised it lost reception even though it was still in range supposedly. But enjoy them enough to buy 2 higher priced quads and they did great. I'm also into cheap guitars to mod and just check out, so I bought 4 glarrys, lol for the price mine had good bodies and necks, now as cheap as you get these guitars you have to know a few things ahead of time or what you are left with is a first attempt at a set up. So yeah you got to check the body, neck, saddles, bridge, and wires/pots, switch, and springs, frets, look you have to check every one of them out 100 percent okay, everything. I expected this, but as stated a first timer will want to pay a bit more and get a better quality guitar. Since what you will pay someone to set it up for you will be about as much as what you paid for the guitar it self. However you can modify them with quality parts and still not pay as much as some of the bigger names like Fender, Gibson, Epiphone, and so on. For the most part once you get it set up they do the basic job needed, if you want to learn to play. However I will list off the reality of what I got out of the box here. 1 cheap strings 2 fret work needed done 3 every bridge needed to be modded to make it float 4 string height needed adjusted 5 some of the wood used for the body's were to soft to use a whammy bar 6 intonation was off on all 4 7 every neck needed adjusted, ( but that's kinda normal) Been playing for fun over 20 now, so I can do all this as well as modify them as I want. A less experienced person won't, and might put them off playing altogether. If you don't have the time and experience, just save up 300$ and buy a better quality guitar. I also like building my own computers. Bought 2 cases from temu and one came with all it said it would while the other was missing all the included fans and extra bits like screws for the fans, stand offs and so on. I now buy with high caution off Temu.
Temu rechargeable batteries are terrible. I got some "2000 mah" AAs that charge in 30 minutes because they're 300 mAh, and after 2 charges, half them don't work anymore. They weigh as much as a battery filled with foam. Temu is crap. I bought a "100 watt" USB C cable that was clearly labeled as a 30 watt cable. I got a refund but i told em I didn't want a refund, i wanted them to make the seller tell the truth on the product page. The rep told me they have "no control" over the product listings of their sellers. Brilliant. Scam enablers. At least Amazon gives 1/4 of a shit about false advertising, using half their ass to semi-try to remove blatant false advertising, kinda sorta. Temu says "we give sellers full control over their product listings and we can't stop them from scamming you or anyone else" Brilliant.
Every one of these temu videos is the same. "This stuff is all gonna be junk haha" followed by an entire video of people saying "Oh wow that's way better than I expected." Then they try their hardest to find fault because China and pretend that Amazon isn't these exact products marked up.
Using so much batteries in 2024 is beyond stupid! First they're super expensive and second its not good for the environment! Just buy lithium-ion in AAA and AA size with 1,5V and their respective charger and you're set! I use them for everything: remotes, toys for the children, transmitters, receiver-packs, mini-z cars......everything!
