- A recent podcast by the bootlicking team attempted to promote their toxic methodology of been slaves to their masters (rulers).
Unfortunately for them it was riddled with technicalities, which has been a consistent pattern by the Slaves of the Saudi rulers for the past year and a half.
They invited a upcoming bootlicker Yasin Munye to twist religious texts to suit their poisonous methodology, but he failed miserably and embarrassment himself in the process.
This is the latest attempt for the bootlickers to do damage control, as their foundations of their Da’wah meaning Rebellion and Rulers is been challenged, for which they have bullied the people with for the past two decades, declaring them to be innovators if they opposed them on this.

Wow, I'm shocked! I can't believe how DM and Yasin openly lied, misquotes, and didn't give the full picture when reading the different hadith. Barak Allah Fik for this video, subhanallah I have been a fan of the Naseeha session podcast for a while, they discuss some interesting topics and seem to give a full comprehensive picture to the topic with evidences, however when I saw this vid of there’s I’ve never been so disappointed, the amount of evidence they leave out, and the ridiculous statements that they make on the oppressed people and their suffering, subhanallah I don’t want to believe it but there’s something very political going on in the background. Bro Hajji, in this hadith the Prophet (pbuh) makes clear which ruler to obey:
It was narrated that Yahya bin Husain said:
"I heard my grandmother say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah say, during the Farewell Pilgrimage: If an Ethiopian slave is appointed over you who rules according to the Book of Allah, then listen to him and obey."'
Grade : Sahih (Darussalam)
Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 4192
They will never quote this Hadith, because it has the words 'Book of Allah' in it, which shatters their understanding.
Even the Hadith of 'hearts of shaitaan' who will rule without the Prophet PBUH's sunnah, it specifically says 'sunnah' only, not 'sunnah' and 'Book of Allah'. You can have a Caliph who rules without the sunnah of the Prophet PBUH, but still he has to rule with the Book of Allah SWT.

A big jazak Allah for enabling us to not be amongst those that are bamboozled by people like Dawah man, of whom we have many in our communities, who have been indoctrinated by the likes of him. I have listened to this video previously, a few years ago, and it has been beneficial to listen again, after becoming more familiar with these topics myself, and your evidencies and comments make even more sense. Abubakar al Siddiq RA said when he became khalifa:
I have been given the authority over you, and I am not the best of you. If I do well, help me; and if I do wrong, set me right. The weak amongst you shall be strong with me until I have secured his rights if God wills, and the strong amongst you shall be weak with me until I have wrested from him the rights of others if God wills. Obey me so long as I obey God and His Messenger. But if I disobey God and His Messenger, you owe me no obedience. Arise for your prayer, God have mercy upon you. (Al-Bidaayah wan-Nihaayah 6:305, 306)
sayiduna Abubakar al Siddiq ra clearly stated the obedience for the leader that obey Allah and his messenger only. Abubakar RA is most knowledgeable sahaba there is and he is making tafsir of the ruling of obeying the ruler.
if the ruler says he wants to rape your mother or sisters will you obey him. of course not. if he says he wants to kill your family for no reason will you obey him. of course not.

As for the legitimate Muslim ruler which applies the shari'ah, the Sunnah through numerous authentic reports establishes a general ruling of impermissibility on rebelling against them even if they are oppressive. why? the scholars mention that the harms of rebelling against the ruler usually outweighs the benefit of ousting him due to the bloodshed that is involved in the process and the tyranny of the ruler that may entail the effort. So we can safely say that the prohibition is referring to those not possessing enough strength and tools to remove the ruler without a blood bath. What if the muslims are strong enough?
1) Ruler with minor levels of oppression & 2) Ruler with widespread oppression.
For minor levels of oppression, it is generally advised to remain patient and not rebel if the other aspects of the Haakim are sound such as his application of the Shari'ah, Jihad, Internal & External relations, etc as the potential harms that may follow are greater than the level of his dhulm.
However, if his oppression is widespread and affects the entire state then it is allowed to rebel after weighing out the pros/cons, assessing the strength of the muslims & strategising for the events after the ruler falls. This is allowed due to ousting the ruler & his oppression being a greater benefit than the harms of keeping him in his position.
In addition, if the ruler is also corrupt and seeks to forcefully to distort the religion of the people then here muslims should make an effort against him whether by hand or speech in order to safeguard the deen as it is a greater maqsad(end goal) than our lives.
These are all situations discussed by fuqahaa' in the context of islamic rule and state so what would they say about the rulers of today that are pure tyrants that have abandoned the shari'ah, massacre muslims, throw masses of scholars and du'aat into dungeons and torture them,

Im a salafi athari but dont accept the understanding by the mere fact of rebellion against a ruler makes a person a khawarij automatically whether someone who is talking about khurooj is sincere or whether they have a evil motive. I follow sheikh rabee al madkhali, sheikh ibn baaz and sheikh al bani etc but dont follow them or any scholar blindly as a real salafi/athari should follow the salaf and whomever comes after that we follow them as long as they themselves are following the salaf as safety is following the way of the salaf and not being in a cult as a person can fall into a cult without even realising. The issue of khurooj or not to do khurooj might be simple to some and not to others but its better just talk about khurooj with a non biased approach and look at things holistically with context and reality and better for all just to say they has been khurooj at the time of salaf and before but the people left rebellion after seeing what had happend during those rebellion as its a fact and obey the ruler even if its a oppressive one in that which is good and not that which in it is disobedience and not being a bootlicker to oppressive rulers or to any evil scholars whomever they maybe as its better not to do khurooj or leave off khurooj.

@@BroHajji That is the whole point, I believe the biggest triumph of these so called salafis was to cleverly apply ahadith that pertain to the caliph of the Muslims who has been given bay3a and rules by the sharia but becomes or is a tyrant and to rebel against him the harm would be greater than the good so be patient, they apply these hadith on secular men who have no bay3a and at best can be called amirs of a land or area. This needs to be constantly highlighted that the hadith of not rebelling is clearly talking about the "caliph" of the Muslims.
On a another note dawah man exposes himself when he said "Hussain didn't do khoroj because he didn't give bay3a to yazid" lol then that completely contradicts his position when he calls people khawarij even when they don't have bay3a to Saudi or other so called leaders, so for Hussain (ra) who actually came out to fight Yazid with a army did not do "khoroj" because he didn't have bay3a to Yazid yet everyone else gets called a khariji for simply saying something with the "tooongue".
