Shopping for an Electronic Health Record for a Telemedicine Practice

I am searching for a better EMR/EHR software for my virtual practice. I don't take insurance and I don't need fancy data analytics. I don't need a complicated billing workflow or an exhaustive ICD-10 list.
I do need:
-patient billing
-patient scheduling
-telemedicine
-e-prescribing
-patient messaging

what if we need an EMR for purely asynchronous telemedicine practice, with cuztomizable intake forms, and e-r and patient portal. any insight into which platforms have all that available?

I haven't seen anything good like that. I would consider building something custom in that case. However, I would still consider Akute health because they can either point you in the right direction or help you build something as an API to work well with their platform.
