Whether or not to capitalise internet is a style choice - there is no hard and fast rule. However, now the majority of organisations will use lower case, e.g. Microsoft and Apple, and most style guides also recommend lower case, e.g. Chicago Manual of Style, Oxford Style Manual, Associated Press, The Times Style Guide, APA and AMA.
