Hotel chef must love eggs a lot! Not great. Hollandaise sauce on the other episode ain’t great.

Yup I love eggs a lot! Thanks for your feedback! .... Will move out of eggs for next one....Anyway you didn't try my modified asian hollandaise sauce yourself so don't say it ain't great till you tasted it.
