What an amazing and fun challenge this was! Jack....I can't thank you enough for putting this together and sharing your incredible channel to all the producer communities. Bringing myself Ave and Marlow into your world showcases so many different production approaches in one video. Thank you for sharing the MPC's legacy and workflow to the new generation is super inspiring.
Ave you definitely took this one Andy was right there though. And Marlo is a beast man. When he was done the sample wasn’t even recognizable 😂😂😂. That content was so dope.
no matter how crummy or well done the beats are I always love these types of videos where multiple people work on the same sample. I really enjoy seeing the experience of each person trying to make their own from the same idea. It's regenerating and wonderful to see that people can all share one simple idea and when left to their own devices to roam free with creativity, the ending idea will never look or sound the same. I'm so tired of people being plagarists, copycats, whatever you want to call it. I'm tired of it. No one should copy another person, all people should make their own ideas, even if the same sample is being used. well done with whatever it is that you've done.
This was a match made in Heaven! My favorite UA-camrs flipping a sample and showing their workflow! Everyone did their thing and so unique from each other. This was a happy accident of a tutorial that needs to happen again! I learned pro techniques from everyone in this challenge. Thanks for initiating this. I watched it twice and kept pausing to take notes!
Marlow gets my vote by far for my taste in beats, without taking anything away from the other dudes. The sample wasn't great anyway, but creatively, Marlow flipped it to my liking. Peace.
This was soo cool!! It was nice to see people in the MPC community working together instead of bickering!!! Music was fire!! Inspired me to make music!! Thanks Jack love what your doing with software and hardware keep up the great work!! Beats on the Mpc are on point for sure!!!
Very cool to see you do more with the MPC. I started as a beginner 3 months ago with a mini mpk and bought the mpc one + a month ago. I always wanted to make music but with mouse and keyboard doesnt appeal to me. The MPC give you the feeling you play a instrument wich automaticly put you more in a vibe state , if u know what i mean. All the best from the netherlands
Bruh! 😂😂😂😂 reading "Head of A&R at Akai " was LIKE..."AAAH, HELL NAH! UNFAIR ADVANTAGE...." he was gettin BUSY, but when he went to channel Roger Troutman,🤯💥 i threw my hands in the air!! As if I WAS COMPETING! 😂😂
Ok. This whole video is absolute fire. BUT WHERE CAN I SEE HOW ANDY MAC DOES IT LIKE THIS IN LOGIC???!?!?!? I've been trying to use my MPC in ableton like that for 3 years now
All were impressive... I feel like music speaks to you and will tell you what to be done... so it was cool to see the sample be used in a lot of ways that shared similarities... but then how each also had a very different perspective of it... Andy Mack gets my vote
Andy Mac was a revelation.. the layers he brought to the table were exquisite! He appeared to fit the samples around his drum groove and it worked so well. His flip resonated the most with me. he's a 5* general
This video ended really randomly, shouldnt it end with a listening session where all 4 listen to the final beats? I love chopped sample melodies over synths, but for drums programming them is 100% harder for me. Yes the JDilla swing is fun, but you can do that better digitally and add some hihatrolls
Shout out to MarlowDigs! 🙌🏾
One of my favourite learned a lot from him 🫡
Finally watched it!!! Loving all the tracks... Thanks again ProdbyJack!! You the real MVP!
Very nice as usual 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
he was really cookin bare bones. impressive. a win for the community off top this wasinspiring guys. we need more of this

Andy you was fucking tweaking! 😂🔥🔥 you used every ingredient in the cupboard and it came out amazing, kudos to you sir 👏🏽
It's finally out lol.. Imma react to this
Your beat was cool. I think you cheated though by adding synths and effects 😂
@@jjbing3 pretty sure they were allowed especially since he used synths coming from the actual hardware
Ave you definitely took this one Andy was right there though. And Marlo is a beast man. When he was done the sample wasn’t even recognizable 😂😂😂. That content was so dope.

Ave takes the lead with that drum groove but everyone still did their thing💪

Marlow Digs is the best, i think
Wasn't expecting the 3rd guy to use the Roger Troutman voice vocoder thing sounded great tho
Mind-Blowing 🤯🤯 Every Beat Smacked And Gave Us Tips To Flip ! Maybe The Best Mpc Sample Video I’ve Seen
The last beat, the drums are fire.
This was soo cool!! It was nice to see people in the MPC community working together instead of bickering!!! Music was fire!! Inspired me to make music!! Thanks Jack love what your doing with software and hardware keep up the great work!! Beats on the Mpc are on point for sure!!!
Incredible and unique interpretations from each producer! I'm going now to jam on my Laptop- Ableton😊
Nothing to so with promoting AKAIs products by any chance?
You all are incredibly talented. Thank you for sharing your techniques.
Tie between Ave and andy🔥🔥🔥
Andy Mac got busy
Everyone did their thing but Andy Mac stood out to me minus the vocoder lol smooth fab soul tape vibes
I just got an mpc and they help so much you should keep making videos with them their golden much love ❤️
Everybody Wins and We got to view all this ..
could be crazy if you could make a video on how to setup a mpc 2000XL 🔥
Andy Mac with the Talkbox.... he's old enough to remember Frampton.

Good beat for all of you !! But Ave just killing this damn that’s my fav beat

That sample was right up Ave,s alley though.
Andy wasn't playing ANY games 🤧🔥🔥🔥🔥
Av's was the best. mpchead was lookin relaxed and his was nice too. Jack - not bad bro.
Everybody did a great job!💪
If i walked past the 3rd producer on the street would never have thought he'd be making beats like that. Beat was cold 🥶
All of y'all did y'all thang, I love all of these beats FRFR 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ok. This whole video is absolute fire. BUT WHERE CAN I SEE HOW ANDY MAC DOES IT LIKE THIS IN LOGIC???!?!?!? I've been trying to use my MPC in ableton like that for 3 years now
Yo this video is truly inspiring, if I got to pick one I’m going with Ave. All the beats we’re dope!!!
Marlow Digs in the house! Dope vid.
Andy Mac spazzeddd
All were impressive... I feel like music speaks to you and will tell you what to be done... so it was cool to see the sample be used in a lot of ways that shared similarities... but then how each also had a very different perspective of it...
Andy Mack gets my vote
This was inspirational tbh now I just wanna cop an MPC 🤧
That third guy his beat is the winner for me
broooo more mpc content plss, u the only uk producer on yt using them
I need that 3rd beat !! …. Wait the 4th one going crazy too !!!
🔥 digging everyone’s approach to the sample.
All producers showed what makes them who they are, beats real nice but your beat 🔥 also !!!!
All were good but I got to give that to Andy Mac. I’m not familiar with who he is but that was fire.
Fire video all y’all did y’all thang 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Only way this could be better was if Cookin Soul was here 🔥🥁
Ave mcree was crazyyyyy 🔥
Another one of my favourites this gonna be 🔥🔥🔥
Really love Ave's beat, but for me it has to be Andy; holding it for us here in the UK (thats just my kind of vibe)
Andy Mac was a revelation.. the layers he brought to the table were exquisite! He appeared to fit the samples around his drum groove and it worked so well. His flip resonated the most with me. he's a 5* general
Bro how did you not play the final tracks at the end? Amazing video 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Because he’s a tool
Need a full beat released from Andy!!!
SO DOPE ..MERCI AND ALL BLESSINGS TO YALL. 🙏🏿❤️🙏🏿
How do I get the full version of Andy's portion?
This production level is top Teir 🔥🔥🔥❤🔥
Best use of sample Marlow Digs Best flip Ave
I hope you do more mpc work prodbyjac
k, itd do a lot for the community
For me my vote goes to Andy Mac
Of course Andy needs to use Logic cause the MPC Software is still limited. Where's MPC Software 3.0 at?
Damn Andy's on fire!!!
Marlow's was the most hip hop sounding tbh
Everyone’s beat was fire, but I personally enjoyed DJ Ave’s so much 🖤
Sorry Jack, you lost this one lol. I wanna vote for Marlow because he's my favorite producer on YT, but Ave's beat was crazy.
best video you've done in a minute
This video ended really randomly, shouldnt it end with a listening session where all 4 listen to the final beats? That’s all great… where are the better converters
LMAO, Andy deactivated Jack's plugins. 😂 Ave for the win, but Andy was real close though.
