I drive a Dodge Journey named "Stan the man van". Got a black one today for Christmas, matches the interior so technically it is a car accessory with the car's name on it lol.
If the lid is closed is it leak proof? I just want to know if I can shake or toss it in my bag if I need to and it not leak everywhere. Please let it to be true!
No, they won't be 100% leak proof. The IceFlow 30 oz Tumbler is a great option for packable and leak proof hydration, though!
My tumbler/lid is set up for left handed….is there a way to make it so when I pick up with my right hand, the straw is closest to me to drink easier?
Hello! There is an easy way to make it work for you - simply start the thread with the straw on the opposite side of where you want it to land. Hope this helps!

Sadie, my Brumate Toddy XL is 100% leak proof. I've had the cup for a year and it works as well as it did on day 1. They are 32oz and $40. Worth every penny!!
I wish they would do a video how to put the lid back together after you take it apart to clean it. If you don’t clean it then mold will appear.

@@StanleyBrand kind of disappointed in the customer service team. I told them my moving part will not fit my lid as it will not clamp anymore on two of my tumblers I bought after I took it off to clean the mold rendering the two lids useless now. Without the moving part on my lid the ice just melts. I was kind of disappointed since I am a first time buyer in these expensive tumblers. And all they did was read my email and closed it. Yep I got a reply that says my email was red and closed some kind of customer service that was now I have two expensive cups with lids that don’t work properly and very disappointed

I didn't know the lid needed to be taken apart, but I just got mine. I can't get the smaller part of the lid to rotate, much less take it apart!

I have encountered issues with both the lid and straw, which seem to have been affected by hot water. Specifically, after pouring hot water into my Stanley and covering the lid, I noticed that the lid no longer fits properly after about an hour. Additionally, I mixed hot and cold water in the container using a straw, only to find the straw bent afterward and it remains in that condition. Given that these problems have occurred within a month of purchase and despite following the recommended usage guidelines, I am concerned about the durability and functionality of the product.
You need to remove the straw be4 u put a hot beverage.

Hi I got mine in Cream 40 oz. I noticed that the silicone grip on the handle is not the same color as the silicone part of the lid. Did I get a dupe?

Hello Lesley! Lids can be fickle every now and then so what I do is run my lid under colder water and it usually makes it easier to open up. If that doesn't work please reach back out. Thanks!

😒🙁I like Stanley tumblers design and how easy it is to handle, keeps the temperature of drinks intact but I expected more from it. Being a big brand in market I expected leak-proof lid.☹💦 I have 40oz tumbler and even when I close flow-state, water leaks from all sides of the tumbler. There is no cover to prevent straw from catching dust. They should have little extra design to carry straw when travelling so that we do not have to either carry straw separately or carry straw all open to keep catching dust. I saw something on amazon which is specifically for Stanley tumblers to make them leak-proof. If with just 3 extra small attachments this cup can be made leak-proof then why Stanley is not incorporating it in the design. I am returning my tumbler because I just bought it yesterday and I was hoping it not to leak but sadly it leaks even when it is not upside down and only parallel to ground. Not sure why people are crazy about this cup or maybe it is just the influence of influencers. If I am paying for an expensive stuff, I expect good quality from it and I don't think expecting leak-proof tumbler is a too much ask.😠😐

This cup sucks. My water is barely above room temp after 20 hrs in the fridge an 2 hrs in the deep freezer. I've got two and they both suck. My knock off is soooo much better. Think I'm going to return both
