Hello! My name is Seleena, I am a mama to 3 boys, and married to my best friend. I am passionate about Jesus, homemaking, non toxic + simple living, minimalism, and living intentionally!
My family and I have lived in California, Hawaii, but now live in Idaho! I hope my videos bring a little encouragement and joy into your days!

I love seeing minimalist home tours for inspiration. You did not disappoint! I love how you have everything styled and enjoyed seeing how you store things for a family of 5. That is what size my family is, and I'm trying to purge things and maybe not be a minimalist. But have way less.
I love watching home tours too! I’m glad you enjoyed mine 🫶🏽 I probably wouldn’t be considered a “minimalist” to most minimalist, but I definitely think it’s more of a mindset shift, rather than the number of possessions.

I am a person that feels good with visual abundance as long as it’s neat and clean. It feels cozy and comfortable to me. BUT FOR SOME REASON I AM ALSO DRAWN TO A MINIMALIST HOME . SO every now and then I store away my things and go more minimalist and that clear look which is good too. Does anyone else feel this way too????? Your home is nice I like it and having less things about is easier to take care of with a larger family too. It was a wise decision .

We also live in a small home at 950sq feet in CT, and I always worry about if we’ll have enough space when we are blessed with children. Yes! We co sleep with our one year old :) we’re about to transition him to the big boy room though! We’ll most likely do a little trundle floor bed for him, since he would most definitely climb out of a crib lol 🫶🏽🫶🏽
We are a family of 4 (soon to be 5 just after Christmas this year!) and have a very similar home. We gave the kids the bigger bedroom and use the smaller bedroom as my husbands office as he often has the opportunity to work from home. We bought a very nice pull out sofa bed and that is where my husband and I sleep, right in the living room! It works for now, until we have the ability to buy a little bit of land and put a double wide on it. We are very blessed and love our "tiny house" :) Thanks for sharing yours! Also, might I say i love your decor style!

Even though the house is outdated and doesn't have good storage I really like the use of the storage for the bathroom, clothes and kids toys. If I were to have kids someday I'd do something like this, I agree with the dresser to there in the way there heavy to move and brack. It makes things easier and less stressful and it is possible to have a clean clutter free house with kids. 👍
Your house is so lovely. I'm not a minimalist, but I enjoy seeing how you've designed your spaces to be peaceful and serve you well.
I also love that you have plants everywhere, which keeps the space feeling alive & warm vs. kinda cold and dreary.

Yes to minimalism! I actually prefer some bare surfaces and spaces.
Yes to no dressers! We just got rid of our boys' dressers...I hope we can live without one someday as well, but our bedroom closet isn't big enough for this.
Yes to homeschooling! I am on my 12th year homeschooling. Almost finished, since my baby is an 11th grader this year.

Hm that’s a great question! I think I’ve always struggled with pride, so that’s a constant thing I need to surrender, and have the Lord work in. As far as using my talent, I wish I had more opportunities to use my gifts more, but I know that’s not the season of life I’m in right now. I say use the gifts that God has given you, for His glory! Ask how the Lord will like to use you, I know he’ll show you 🫶🏽

Hi first time visiting your page and videos. Loved your home tour. I live in small 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom house with me, hubby and 2 little girls + 🐶 and your video was very relatable and realistic minimalist lifestyle for me. We are going to start kitchen Reno and most of the area of the house will be affected by the process. 1 room as bedroom for all of us and other room as living room space. Our laundry will be also used as a kitchen. This is smallest space we are gonna live in as a family ever and will be like this for next few months at least. but I am kind of excited for this extra minimalist life challenge😊wish me luck✨

What do you have on your butcher block countertops to make them shiny? I just installed unfinished butcher block in my kitchen and need some help with the finishes. Love your home!
Your home is beautiful! I need to reroute our living space and make it more minimal and peaceful. Toys just creep in from the playroom and build and build up until I put them back…
Overall, it’s really cool, three little bedroom lounge set up one thing I would do with the boys books. I will get like a shelving unit and I would literally just get a bookshelf for them.
Also for your bedroom out out to get rid of all your volume jaws, I think to be honest with you, you can do is completely get rid of that and like get a curtain or something I’ll probably would recommend that

Love this so much! I am a homeschooling mom of 3 little kids and we are also in a small home. It can feel overwhelming sometimes. I’d love to know how you handle a large dog inside as well? My family and I would love a dog so much but I’m feeling at max capacity in our space and would love any tips you have for an inside dog
Honesty, as much as we love our dog, it’s been a big stress for me having her. However, I know having a dog is really good for the boys so it makes it worth it. My biggest tip would be to have one spot in the house where the dog is trained to go to when you need some more space/when visitors come. 🫶🏽
