It only knows it’s journey to the alien landscape at the bottom of the pond. You make healing, helpful, inspiring ripples in your pond all the time & mostly won’t ever be aware of them. That’s why it’s important to focus on that journey to a new place instead. That’s the present moment, the reality at hand. PS: if you can think of a “ripple” of someone else’s journey that helped you heal, tell them. It’s a huge gift to give someone!

Wow, this is a really nice artistic reiki video! I think “no talking” asmr/reiki videos like this with a lot of artistic elements are good for relaxation but also a great supplement for other kinds of “mindfulness meditation.” The combination of sounds and visuals that we don’t often see in every day life is easy to focus on contemplating, while setting aside our other worries and thoughts. I can just concentrate on what I am experiencing in the current moment, the sounds and things it’s made of, the intent and actions of the creator. It’s really cool to see you make this kind of video too.
