When i was a kid, around 6 or 7, i was in the car with my dad and brother and "Drop it like its hot" by Snoop and Pharrell came on the radio. My dad was 50ish at the time and had very broken English. When the chorus for the song came on my dad started dancing and blurted out "dropp it my guitar, dropp it my guiterrrr" That's been an inside joke in my family ever since. Me and my brother still randomly look at each other and say "drop it my guitar."

I love that your dad from an unbias opinion can listen to music beefs and clearly tell who won. Pure lyrics and verses nothing else. The bars speak for themselves. You don’t have to be hip hop legend to know that what you hear and feel from a diss track speaks for itself.
