Really good video bud, Real nice upgrade! Keep it up! Just a suggestion for the front parking lights (Amber bulbs) you should be able to buy chrome bulbs that still light up orange.. May look a little neater against the chrome reflectors! :)

Interesting. I just installed mine yesterday....same brand but mine just came with the halogen low and high beams. I wired the other halos and LEDs and it still looks great. (Huge improvement over the oxidated crap I had before) Perhaps later on I can add the HID headlights like yours though your high/low beam connection housings look different than mine. Mine are more sealed I think. EDIT: after seeing the result it appears your whole assembly is different. Mine has the LED light bar at the bottom. Both look awesome. Great video!
I have since changed them all out and went with the tinted lenses and the CCFL Halos that are much brighter then the LED Halo. Still have the HID low beams.

martinbuilt ....hello Martin ...it has nothing to do with this subject but i have a question......i have a discusion with crysler holland about a recall for my grand. ( 4.0 4X4 2001) This was for a trailerhook . What i understand was this the solution from crysler to protect the benzinetank from behind. A saw a lot about this on you tube but crysler holland say....there is no problem or recall! Do you know anything about this recall problem? Did you had one? Do You, as a jeep man, have any idea for a bullbar or more protection for the benzine tank from behind? Or could an extra construction on the hook give more protection from behind? Your a technical expert so i tought i ask you....greetings!

Not sure I seen it correctly but, it seemed to me the taillight housing parking lights (amber color) over powered the brake light (red color) making the brake light useless with parking or running lights on.
One more suggestion, use your emergency parking brake. Especially on slopped driveways. Oh ps this damn Vegas wind is really starting to get annoying.
My parking brake cable was broke otherwise I would have definitely used it. In fact I fixed it since this video and working on a video for that..
Hey there. I recently had that headlight assembly put in and it worked fine for first couple weeks but now for some reason TWO of the three tiny white LED lights that run vertically are not working. Very odd. This is on the driver's side. Passenger side is all good. Are those tiny bulbs replaceable like any other bulbs that wear out ? I assume they were just defective from the factory so I want to just replace them. All else is working fine ?
It's been so long since I installed those I don't recall if they're replaceable but I believe they are. If it's still under warranty I would consider returning it or exchange.

Hey Martin I just bought some tail light just like yours I'm having trouble with them I connected them just like u did and only my turn signal and brake light work my tail lights won't turn on or my reverse light
I noticed that on my jeeps connection has 6 pins and the ones in the tail lights have 5 do u think that's the problem

That loud clunk is do to the parking Paul being under stress. This is caused when u park ur car at an angle and the car rolls until it is stopped by the parking Paul. Thus when u shift it into gear the parking Paul is having to work harder to disengage. At least that is what is happening to his jeep. If it happens even on flat ground u might have a tranny issue.
what was the brand and model number?
OEM#B7999H go to eBay. I bought them from Zipmoto Sports they have may different models for the Grand Cherokee

I think I'm going to keep it kind of mild but, you never know.. What I got plans for are like upgraded brakes, some changes on the exterior lights and a 2 din head unit and speakers. A cold air intake. Modifying the throttle body

do you know what size bulbs that is for the reverse light mine is the same exact one just not led ik the old one is 3157 idk what size led is for that 11056 I'm not sure if that will work
I'm not exactly sure the Jeep came with those LED bulbs when I bought it.The previous owner change them out. The 3157 is the stock bulb.
my wj is on 37s 9 inch lift body armor and fender flares bumpers roll cage and do you still have the xj

where did you get the led bulbs for the reverse
I just recently bought this Cherokee and it came with those in it. The previous owner installed them.
How did u tap into the parking light
If you are referring to the halo rings and the 3 LED's I have those on a switch that is connected to ignition on position. I just leave the switch on all the time.

+Nathen Miller I pulled the bulb out. The part number is 3457CW MY5E6 2.5W hope that helps.
