I have seen a similar Italian movie. The guy was a middle-aged one (serving in a hotel or something). The woman was quite elegant, married to an engineer. She was never rude to him. When they got stuck on an island together, he expressed his anger. It was more of a class struggle. He resented her as she represented the higher class that he had to serve. Then he believed in love. The movie ended when she and her husband flew away and he threw the money her husband had paid him in the runway. It was better made than this movie.

Terrible ending, but in all honesty my gut told me something like that was going happen. Both times when a chance of rescue presented itself Amber didn't want them taken off the island because she knew what the end result would eventually be.
A toxic wife and a humiliated, victimized husband, find a clever way to safely force her into submission would be more valuable story for many prospective husbands.
Fun fact: Ionian Sea has no deserted island. Even the uninhibited islands, are close to bigger, and actually in a week the longer somebody will arrive.

It's a story when a man accidentally killed a girl on his apartment he kept it on his fridge to hide it from the authorities, but days passed by and his apartment started to smell bad he chopped the girl day by day and throw every bits of her in the river. And after he disposed of the body, he then experienced an odd night where he sees the ghost of the girl he killed.
