Good knife skills my man and your presentation along with your wife I presume is delightful. I have to say only way I made Stovies was with Skinless sausages cheap version I guess but im in South East Asia so Butcher quality gear is not readily available. Hp sauce and beetroot, I cream my Tatties but also leave some chunky bits..........I would eat your version every day of the week mind looked braw. You nailed that bro.
