On a side, I'm pretty sure that Axel was still more determined to bring out Roxas than anything else when he kidnapped Kairi. I imagine he was trying to stoke Sora's anger by kidnapping Kairi to coax him towards the darkness, and ultimately become a Heartless again so Roxas would be reborn. If not, then I'm lost.

Fun fact: the English voice actor for Demyx is the same one who voices Randell Wheems in Recess! Kinda makes sense since both are slimy weasels who follow the rules of authority! Imagine if in KH4 they brought Demyx back, because they always bring people back in this series, he teams up with Randell if Sora visits the Recess world.

The conversation between Roxas and Axel on top of the tower that you couldn't decide the timing of, was most likely a conversation between their "souls" (since hearts is taken) in a form of purgatory; similar to Harry and Dumbledore's confrontation in King's crossing in Harry's head while he's dead in "the deathly hallows" (spoilers)

it takes place in roxas`s mind space after he and sora fought, wich takes the form of tt the clock tower (the place roxas feels safest)so he can say goodbye to axel before joining with sora`s heart.

49:05 - The scene with Roxas and Axel on the clocktower near the end takes place... exactly when it's shown. Why two characters that are for all intense and purposes non existent at that point can talk to each other is anyones guess, but that's hardly the weirdest thing in this game.

xaldin took a bit, but it wasn't that hard on critical using the kingdom key

10:40 Actually the white room where Sora's sleeping pod was technically wasn't in Castle Oblivion in the first place. The White Rooms exist outside of reality or the known universe, and the majority of White Rooms are connected to each other. Therefore, Sora wasn't moved, but a White Room identical to the one in Castle Oblivion was installed in the mansion, and the original White Room would be inaccessible to any of the Organisation XIII members. This is also the reason why, despite searching everywhere in Castle Oblivion, Xemnas was still unable to locate the Chamber of Waking, where Ventus is resting. It was also a White Room, and so exists outside of this dimensional plane, and can't be accessed by conventional means.

(For that specific point, it's made clear within that very cutscene and abundantly clear throughout the rest of the game that only the keyblade can release the hearts from the heartless and stop the heartless permanently, so there's no point in the Organization trying to defeat them themselves. This is hammered in even more in 358/2 Days)

KidChaos Yes. This is clarified in 358/2 Days that heartless defeated by non-keyblade wielders will only be destroyed and release their hearts temporarily. Eventually they'll just respawn and can only be destroyed for good by the keyblade.
While this isn't covered within this game, this game does still specify that the Organization needs the keyblade to gather hearts, multiple times.
358/2 Days shows a yellow and silver heart come out of Heartless defeated with a non-Keyblade weapon and a pink heart when they're defeated with a Keyblade. This is either to show how only the Keyblade can truly set them free, or it's just a game-specific graphic considering you obtain Heart Points for _collecting_ hearts for the Organization. Every other game continues to show the standard pink heart regardless of the weapon used, but it could have also been a retcon since the game is the most recent (original) one where Emblem Heartless are defeated without a Keyblade. If that's the case then they could have at least updated it in the ReMIXes.

You skipped over how Sora doesn't know what the MCP was when he just heard its voice in the computer room before he, Donald, and Goofy were captured. He asks "MCP?" and Tron responds, "the Master Control Program". He was also told about the Beast's rose before leaving the Beast's Castle and when he comes back, he asks, "What's wrong with one rose, anyway?" when it gets stolen, like he forgot or something. You skipped over that, too.

Also, that sequence with Axel and Roxas after Roxas and Sora's battle was NOT a flashback - it was some sort of weird heart connection thingie that let them talk to each other briefly before both faded completely. So Roxas did know Namine at that point.

There is one thing I've never understood about this game. Hades tries to summon the biggest, badest bad guy who ever did bad things....So he summons Auron? Don't get me wrong, Auron is a badass but...he wasn't a bad guy. in Final Fantasy X, he was as much a good guy as Tidus or Yuna. So why summon him of all people? Did I miss something in the game or in FFX?

Well, the thing about Auron is that he's a samurai, and if you know how samurai worked, they were pretty much obligated to do everything and anything their lord ordered them to do. Since Hades is the lord of the dead and Auron's dead, that means Hades is Auron's lord; ergo, he has to do whatever Hades tells him to do.

Another sin I will add is the design behind the different drive forms. Most of the drive forms requires the presence of Donald and/or Goofy to activate. Meaning replacing them with any of the characters from the different Disney worlds would cut off access to any drive forms that requires that character you swapped them out with. Due to this everyone always ran with Donald and Goofy to have access to all their drive forms. Making all the other characters that can fight alongside you completely redundant since you are effectively weakening yourself for bringing them along. None of them bring anything special or powerful to the table that would make it worth sacrificing the use of some of your drive forms.

Little fun fact: that confusing axel and Roxas scene where it’s questionable onto when it’s happening is actually occurring at that exact moment. It’s pretty much symbolic of Roxas completely being at terms with being a nobody and all that and axel having to accept that his best friend has a somebody that is still living and that means he might not see him again. It kinda takes place in their consciences if that makes sense

The Axel and Roxas on the tower cutscene either happened just before Roxas went into Sora (like he just went to the tower one last time for some reason just before "dying" ), or was simply their consciousnesses having a final goodbye as Axel went to become Lea and Roxas further assimilated into Sora..... Yes, Kingdom Hearts is insane, but damn it, do we love it. Also as to how the conversation even happens in the first place..... hearts? I don't know, at this point they can throw anything on screen and it will both make sense and no sense at all.
The scene with Roxas and Axel at twilight town took place after axel died. Roxas woke up there and axel went there before he “died”. Roxas then got angry with sora because he felt it was sora’s fault everything sucked in his “life”. That’s why he fought sora

Kairi was affected by the process of putting together the memories of Sora made by Naminé because her heart was linked to his (KH1), Pooh forgetting not only Sora but his friends was a side effect of the Book where his world is getting damaged by the heartless and losing pages. Aladdin was able to remember him as well as the other main characters from other worlds because Sora was already fixed.
