I feel validated in my daily struggle of removing my ass from my desk and doing literally anything other than playing American Truck Simulator. Thank you, Progress.
yeah i have come to watch the video indeed how'd you know? Edit: still don't understand how u have not reached at least 10k yet. The quality of your videos is really good + they are understandable and interesting to watch. Either way great video!
100%. The Scavenger enemy that drops those bags of loot are just so perfectly executed. Can be a tricky fight but rewards you with even more drastic exponential growth
I saw Let's Game It Out playing Outpath and I personally didn't see it as a game I'd want to play. But then again, I find clickers to _just_ be a waste of time and don't enjoy them.
Fair enough. It definitely deviates from the clicker title as time passes and you can hold down the mouse button though, I’d recommend it either way tbh.
That's an interesting video, especially because these types of addictive, constant clicking videos don't appeal to me at all. I find that games often cannot hold me period if they don't have complexity and fun movement. And oddly enough, there's a game that has both of these things, AND has a lot of that "game juice" you've mentioned throughout your video, and that game is Risk of Rain 2. It takes skill to master the game's movement and combat, and all of the characters have a lot of nuance and complexity to get used to. Some characters are rather slow, but others allow you to move around the stages in absurd, very fun ways. AND, you get to have the satisfaction of seeing thousands of projectiles smothering the screen while hundreds of enemies immediately die as soon as they spawn. It's the best of both worlds, really.
I love risk of rain 2, and you’re absolutely right it’s a fantastic example of a game that’s easy to learn and hard (but fun) to master. I’d say because of that movement it trumps the first risk of rain too!
whats the name of that game where you connect blobs together to build structures? i vaguely remember a game just like it from when i was a kid and loving it

I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’ve already grown so much faster than I thought I would lmao 10k seems unreal!
come on guys fess up, who stole the 'the ability to concentrate of the task' text. 6:04
Even though it uses time to ramp up difficulty, Risk of Rain 2 is one of those that makes me lose track of time

@@progress_games Yeah. Although I have to say, Risk of Rain Returns is a game I'm enjoying just as much as Risk of Rain 2. It's an exceptional remake.

World of Goo, it's a lovely one.
I showed Tower of Goo which was the one prototypes in 7 days, then world of goo is the one that exploded in popularity.
