Unfortunately they don't make new production ones anymore. You'll have to get them off secondary market. There is also the rail insert that you can use from Surefire that let's you put on any light including the surefire newer ones. But again that is no longer in production and you'll have to find it. I think the pic rails called the mr11 adapter for the 1911.
Can you provide me the part number to those sights please? I have a Springfield armory 1911 that looks exactly like yours except it has standard white dot sights in the rear and fiber optic in the front, would like night sights.
I agree, but the Streamlight TLR-6 is way better than this and it keeps the original 1911 slim profile. Maybe if they make this be integrated with some carved out wood handgrips to keep the slim profile it would be a good seller. Idk just my 2 cents. I really wish there were a larger selection of high quality tough light/laser attachments for non railed 1911's.
Nice alternative, I have the same firearm stainless and other 1911s without rails underneath.
Nice! Yeah Springfield makes a great 1911.
I have a SureFire MR07 for my Sig gov 5" model! looks great and works well for non rail system...
Shadow Blade awesome. Yeah, the MR07s are hard to find now, too.
Cool thinking of getting one of these but was wondering if a light can be installed, now I know thank you.
Yep. Finding one of these lights for a reasonable price is the hard part though
Great video, I have that exact same pistol. I’m curious. Where can I find a 310R?

Hi can it fit on 1911 compact size?? Or any gun with out rail?
Most 1911s without rails
Yeah my truck got stuck in the mud listening this guy
LOL yeah I can be longwinded
Verygood
Thanks!
Great instruction, thank you! I decide not to buy such a 1911 as my primary home defense gun after watching this video.
Where did he get this light from.
Ebay
I found it through an arms list sale. Dude had it mounted to a gun, but the buyer didn't want the light. So, he sold the light to me.
Will this fit for a tokarev tt?
780grow nope. 1911 government only.
Too bad Sure Fire had discontinued that product 😞

Yeah, it was a great option, but I also agree with the other guy that there are better, modernized options.
Always treat a gun like it’s loaded, which means not pointing it at your forearm multiple times…
Thanks for the tip. I had no idea about that rule and obviously never safety checked the gun before installing the light. You saved my life.
@@McDorkin The rule isn’t “always treat a gun as if it’s loaded unless you safety checked it”, it’s ALWAYS
Seems like a bit of a flawed design
Young Cowboy it’s actually very solid. I wish Surefire had never stopped making them
BAD
