Interesting to pay close attention to details in Tim's videos... "We just came into 2018." Haha it's July right now! If you know Tim likes to create content in batches you know that he filmed this video months ago!!

I literally am outsourcing things even at a basic job level and recommend this to people I know. I say imagine if you could hire a VA for tasks at your job? You don’t have to tell the company but imagine if you spent 10% of your income to 10x your productivity? Wouldn’t you earn 5-10x more on what actually generates income for your job? This truly helps those in sales especially.

Wow...excellent tips right here. I have big goals for the year and smaller goals for each month written down, but i never thought about prioritizing them, the ways you mentioned. I can see that really helping me get ahead so much quicker. Thanks!

thanks for the advice, great video. A quick tip for you, always put your second camera on the shadow side of your face for better colour and depth of the picture. This is what Hollywood does 90% of the time.

I see that Tim Ferriss quite often quotes my favorite self-improvement and productivity book "The ONE Thing" by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan.

When you review week by week, what are you reviewing? Do you write down day by day your entire schedule? All tasks? I would love to know a little more in-depth about your system. Any videos I should watch?

This is great Tim. Is the California margarita still your go to for the healthiest drink if you’re going to drink in terms of your body being able to process it the best with the least amount of hangover? Thank you

Tim, great short clip thank you! Do you have your "not to do list" on your channel? I love it/sharing it and see it on other channels but worry it will disappear since it's cut from one of your podcasts and posted in-part by a third party. Thanks! Been a fan since "Musashi" on Jocko Podcast.

Thanks Tim for the advice. Just because im curious, what's the significance of your red necklace? I've read about different meanings on how you wear it around the wrist. However, Its the first I've notice it worn as a necklace. Thanks in advance.

I’m afraid to pursue a carrier in medicine due to automation and the involvement of A.I. Maybe I’m afraid of what hasn’t yet taken place...

^it seems wise to at least consider the future increase of automation when deciding what to do as a career for the next 30+ years.
according to Max Tegmark's 2017 book Life 3.0, the jobs that are least likely to be automated involve 1) creativity. 2) social skills. 3) unpredictable environments. Besides applying this to broad classes of jobs, you can also apply it within industries ie it's better to be the doctor who is very good with patients and works in an unpredictable ER room or something rather than the doctor who has a very generic practice that mostly involves matching symptoms to a diagnosis. good luck.

Tim, is there any forum for asking questions, but if this it, my question is, you read so many books, interview so many people with different approaches and methodologies do you ever find yourself confused or overwhelmed? I sometimes feel you are overthinking this stuff.. For example your before bed routine, to me anyways, captures so much, I often feel that you are trying too hard. For me anyways it is too intense for someone with 2-3 young kids and a family. I am no way discounting your advice, I love the show and podcast, but keeping it real.. I felt the need to ask the question because sometimes you come across to me as too knowledgeable for your own good.

twisted pear focus on the principles, not the methods. no one evening routine will cater to 8 billion people.

How would this info be useful for someone who doesn't use a computer, and relies on their hands? This stuff sounds like it would only work for techies and cool kids. I like Tim, and think he has some useful info, but lots of it sounds like 'get with the times.' I get it Tim.. get with the times; use an app, and an app to manage your new app, then hire someone to use an app for you, then creat an app as your business, then sell the app, and talk about how the app helped you use your other apps, and check your fitbit to see what your glycemic index is, then ask an app to make a sandwich for you, then have another app take the bread out of the sandwich so that your fitbit doesn't get mad at all the goddam carbs.
