  • There is a shadowy group of powerful people who expend vast resources to alter public opinion and it's not the illuminati. In fact, if you want to know about the the tactics that huge companies use to alter the way we all think about the world you don't need to look any farther than the white-shoed public relations firms that have been doing it in the open for at least half a century. On this week's episode I talk to David Chamberlin, a PR executive at the law firm Orrik who has seen the dark side of marketing up close and personally.

Indeed, Public Manipulation is the true term for those companies who profit from repairing the public image of someone who has already damaged it.

Great Guest! David gives real insights and your conversation flows natural. I'd have liked his opinion on the spiel mainstream meida(woke, climate) vs middleclass. PR war of the generation imo

Why did you cut out a piece on 25.36? He said he is young…and then he immediately switched to “I’m old enough to remember Panamon…” What inconvenient truth did you cut out from this interview?

oh, I don't know!! I have to go back to the original tape. I'm sure it had something to do with national security. Or aliens.

I'm a big fan of this guy David. It's sad that most Americans wouldn’t understand what he talked about.
It is ironic to hear you talk about the dark arts of public manipulation, media distrust, and fake Wikipedia info, yet you omit a significant part where he discusses the CIA's long history of using psyops in foreign countries to manipulate the public. Recently, these CIA operations have involved spreading misinformation to undermine people's trust in their own government, organize coups, and start wars, often utilizing social media and the internet. Voice of America, Radio Liberty, and The Moscow Times, which spread propaganda in Russia and former Soviet Union countries and publish the same lies in English for the rest of the world are examples of CIA psyops. The U.S. government is historically unique in using such tactics to manipulate both foreign countries and its own citizens. A recent example is the brainwashing of Americans about the wars in Ukraine and Israel, completely distorting the truth.
It's also so funny that you mention Russian disinformation in the context of media manipulation. Perhaps you don't closely follow politics or understand who controls media in reporting politics, but even someone with an IQ of Forrest Gump can see through the nonsense of Russiagate. Isn't it a classic CIA psyop to influence public opinion? This Russiagate claim has been debunked multiple times, with no evidence and facts to support it.
I was confused to hear you making factually incorrect statements as if they were true while discussing the dark arts of public manipulation and CIA psyops. I have cognitive dissonance here. 😇
What sources do you rely on for news? Why don’t you question the obvious brainwashing nonsense in American media if you are a non-biased investigative journalist who understands the dark arts behind this business?
Also, what are your thoughts on Julian Assange and his WikiLeaks platform?
