Most guys who have issues with toys seem to tie their ability (or lack of ability) to satisfy their partner to their own self worth, which I just don't understand. That's some macho cave man bullshit that I have no patience for. Toys should be viewed as a means of enhancing sexual experiences, not something to be in competition with, and if you and your partner are properly communicating about what each of you want and ways there could be improvements, it should be a non-issue anyway. No one should ever just assume they're killing it in the bedroom.
It also doesn't help that a lot of men, at least in my experience, deal with insecurities by overcompensating and making complete asses of themselves, which makes it harder to sympathize. We only realized it as we get older and wiser so that even we show our weakside we know who we can trusted with it. With this it's very hard to know which way is better since everyone is different than others, so you just have to learned it through your own exprience.
