All in moderation. I never started a Twitter, IG, Snapchat and I don’t use twitch. Idk what else there is. But I use Facebook to keep in touch with family and friends. UA-cam is nice because I can listen to any and all music for free. Back in my day, you had to spend your $15 from chores, what’s left of your paycheck, etc.... to buy 1 CD with 8 -20 tracks on it or download from imesh, Napster, etc which came with viruses and malware sometimes. World of knowledge at your fingertips without having to save $ to buy one CD, and if you scratched it, you’re sol. And without having to increase your sub level with tv / cable company to get your wanted channels. I’m not addicted, I’m just catching up on 20+ years of music I’ve never heard before because of $20 per CD. I’m 41, we had to use free nights and free weekends with 200 minutes a month on shitty cell phones and shitty service. Your video isn’t helping people quit, you made this so you could get more subs more comments, more likes and more shares and increase dopamine. Just like everyone else posting the same “quit social media” video. I’m a hypocrite though I guess. I have a YT channel with a wimpy 35 subs which I’m happy with. I don’t care to have a lot. I don’t make click bait videos or talk for 20 minutes before I get to the point. No drama, no clickbait. Yes, people are addicted to posting selfie’s and using filters, etc... I don’t care one dam bit about filters. I wish they would go away
Really great video. I deleted Snapchat and fb a long time ago and don't even miss them. I also forgot my tumblr password 7 years ago. I've never downloaded tiktok. I'm only having trouble with getting off twitter and Instagram
Good work man, Twitter is very censored anyway. If you tweet about certain topic they hide everything you post under "other replies" where no one will see it.
I only have 2 social media accounts. Facebook for overseas family and YT. Plus I never use my mobile for my social media, just laptop. I am wandering why you use to have so many accounts?
It can be useful . . . BUT . . . There is something that will impede your advancement as I told my own subscribers. Addiction to social media. Now social media can be a good thing for advertising your business, YT channel or the like. But having your entire existence based on it is not. First there is the unhealthy aspect of comparing yourself to other profiles which usually aren't nearly as stellar in real life as they are on the front page. Then there is the aspect where your validation is being sought from people you rarely talk to in real life--if ever. Not to mention the constant quest of follows and likes also drops minute amounts of dopamine in your system literally physically making you addicted to social media. Which leads to later anxiety increase and depression. But also--if you are spending all your time on your iPhone then you aren't advancing yourself. Think about how much more you could learn about stock trading if you cut social media 90% down? That's my end point. It should be a very small part of your life not the center of it. Hope that helps someone out there---Charles
had social media only for 5 years this September so not as long as some before 2016 had no internet at all before 2016 i had an dumb phone an old nokia 3312 from 08 till 2016 as my only phone
I find if i Only use social media for news to get to truths instead of propaganda news via media i find I don’t need it as much. Time and limit it to an half an hour a day max. It won’t take over if you control yourself well. Socialise in real life’s instead of all the other apps.

It's been 100 days and I haven't used any other social media other than UA-cam...productivity increased by folds...
Really great video. I deleted Snapchat and fb a long time ago and don't even miss them. I also forgot my tumblr password 7 years ago. I've never downloaded tiktok. I'm only having trouble with getting off twitter and Instagram
an eye opener, thx
I don't want to dump Reddit. When I use it, it's more for reference. Other social media is more habitual, and is not on my phone anymore.
I really like the vibes of your channel!
I only have Pinterest ( for story writing) and UA-cam
Unreal vid, well explained
Good work man, Twitter is very censored anyway.
If you tweet about certain topic they hide everything you post under "other replies" where no one will see it.
I deleted my snap account about 6 months ago and trust me I felt a whole lot better 🙏🏾🗣
Medias could of very course ruin your life unless you use these ones correctly.
Great channel bro!
Yo ur one beautiful man.. ❤️😍 good luck brother ❤️❤️
I only have 2 social media accounts. Facebook for overseas family and YT.
Plus I never use my mobile for my social media, just laptop. I am wandering why you use to have so many accounts?
I’m sick of Facebook
I wish I could do something about my UA-cam addiction!!
Another great video!
had social media only for 5 years this September so not as long as some before 2016 had no internet at all before 2016 i had an dumb phone an old nokia 3312 from 08 till 2016 as my only phone
Isn't UA-cam a social media?
UA-cam is social media.
Stopped using SM in 2021 with no regrets. 💯🎯
I find if i Only use social media for news to get to truths instead of propaganda news via media i find I don’t need it as much. Time and limit it to an half an hour a day max. It won’t take over if you control yourself well. Socialise in real life’s instead of all the other apps.
Ali, thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. I was hoping to get a business/personal email address for a possible collaboration in the future.
Them,I’m quitting I’m now,srsly
All facts
Smart young man

I wanna delete my Twitter and TikTok accounts permanently
Do you plan to come back to social like Instagram one day in future?
im starting right now
Great video! I am going to replicate your process. Keep up the excellent content!
@@AliAbbasMalik2000 Thank you, Ali, and Happy New Year's! Also, I don't believe you put those links you were talking about in your description. You may want to double-check. Cheers!
Respect bro I know what you mean in this video! I will say this though technology is advancing fast and if you want to start a business use social media to your advantage. It’s free to post content and advertise yourself out there. I agree phone addiction is real but use it to your advantage. Other than that don’t live on your phone live the life we were supposed to just be in the know for your own benefit ❤️
I now know your phone's password!
Should i say i'm the first to like and comment?😅
Isn’t UA-cam considered social media these days? Thoughts?
@@AliAbbasMalik2000 I have never thought of UA-cam in that sense. Thanks!
And you're sooo cuuuute!
Going to quit thx for making I also am quitting sugar your the best 👌
Yeeees me too!
Bravo! 👏👏👏
Dude UA-cam is not social media 😊?
You´re so cute. A pity not being able to see you in social media lol. Just kidding. I have a problematic relation with social media as well. I´m thinking what direction to take cause I don´t want to delete them but sometimes they consume me.

School won't get you anywhere
Nice
Nonsense it all depends what you follow in your feed
no, they´re intended to be addictive. No matter who you follow.
