Hey Simon! Happy to find your youtube Channel ! Did you try the xxl pro with your Wing? Is it good? Fast enough? I ‘m riding an ozone wasp too with a glidesurf neilpryde foil. In France. I’ m about to switch to a gong foil with their new Carbon mast (1m tall) and a 92 xl pro, as my wing setup. I guess this mast will be a lot stiffer while using the widest wings of the range . I’ m interested about the xxl pro for very light wind conditions and downwind pumping. What are your thoughts? Thks in advance. Hadou
Hello Hadou I like the performance and how easy the xxl pro is to ride, to pump and to turn. What i did not like is the connection of the wing to the fuselage. And the carbon Mast has the same connection. I used Aluminum Tape to fix the wobble and new screws with Torx instead of Imbus to thight them a little bit more without damage it. I also used the xxl pro 2 times with the wing. 4-7bft, super gusty. It was easy to ride and I never felt the wing to big. Conclusion: Good wing for the price, but there are better Foils out there. Have a nice Day, Simon
@@RiftboardsSwitzerland Thanks for your feedback.I had problems with my notifications and did not see until today ;-/ I'm about to get the Carbon mast (1m) this week. I'll make a review on my channel. I think it will improve but yeah you're right, we need to fix the gap beetween the wing and the front of the fuselage.I used tape too on my aluminium foil. the mast is like chewing gum when you push the wing left or right. I might try this XXL Pro as a "summer"setup for really light winds without switchingto a bigger wing. thanks again foryour reply. Hadou
@@HadrienBRUNNER Hello Simon and hadou. For a better connection, they improved wings with an additional hole in the wing. You can do it yourself and adapt it on old wings for sure with smaller screws. The fuselage might have holes in both sides. I agreed with you that it was a bit loose, with this solution it is perfect. Fabien
Fabien Drouin thx ! I saw the « clear » pro wings yesterday that according to Gong are a « huge improvement » in stiffness with the second hole. I was wondering if we could adapt « old » wings the same way easily, I will look at that soon !
Yes I think so, can't remember. It was one of the first HA Wings from Gong. If you need a new Foil: Go for the Indiana Condor XL with S or XS Stab. It is a freaking game changer for an excellent price! I have it forntesting now and it blows my mind!
Yes, these foils are not even close to the efficiency of a foil from 2024! A Swiss guy pumped for over 4 hours on flat water on a lake! That is beyond everything we have ever dreamed of!
good day to you sir, just have a quick question if its ok.. what is the defference between allvator surf wing XL to allvator curve? thanks sir..gods speed
Dies findest in meinem Kanal.
Al Frewson It is a custom shaped Board from riftboards.com. Everything is hand made with carbon sandwich construction. Ah and by the way, I am the shaper of these boards :-)

And with 1meter Carbo mast it is just sooo cool. Tried 2 times and the difference is insane.

Are they allvator v1? Low aspect ratio?
What is yout weigth?
Thanks

Sure! I learned it on this Foil and it was super easy. You just neet to know that you wont be able to do 1min + runs on this
@@RiftboardsSwitzerland gracias.

Did you get to use the 2 wings Rise XXL and Pro XXL with wasp wing if so which one did you like
prefered the pro because it was faster

Nice video! Thanks for the comparison. Which stabilizer do you use?
The standard Backwing
Nice video.
Hey, what is the full names of the wings?
Gong Allvator xxl or Gong Allvator xxl pro
@@RiftboardsSwitzerland I guess those models are out of stock then. I can't find them on going website
I think they have better wings now anyway. More efficient.
