Wow! I just made a double batch. The pineapple purée adds so much and combines well with the wonderful spices and liquid smoke. I dumped a pile of finely chopped kale to make this a superstar powerhouse recipe. Your recipes never fail. I’m continuously making oat clusters, baked falafel, jingle balls, starch bowls from your formula, and now a pile of beans with a superb flavor profile. Thanks for all you do!

What a great idea to put pineapple in the baked beans!! I've been trying to come up with a good use for all the cans of pineapple in my pantry. There just seems to be an odd after-taste with canned pineapple that I'm not crazy about. But adding them to baked beans with all those great onion, spice and herb flavors seems like the perfect solution. Thanks guys!!
Yum Made this tonight. I didn't have pineapple or mango but I had a very sweet honeycrisp apple. It worked great.

I am not completely certain I'd recommend the adapter yet.... I think it's way cheaper and more practical to get the Bullet... I'm still experimenting with it though!

Great batc, though Voodoo seasoning is mostly already in the recipe. You could have added sugar to your title. I think i will make a jar of the seasonings so all i have to do the cooking, but i will definitely do this again. thanks.

It looks like a Le Creuset pan. Best enamel Dutch ovens. Pricey, but they last forever. I am spoiled and have 8 pieces of Le Creuset. Always use a wooden spoon with them, never a stainless steel utensil.

I just made some baked beans and I hated how much maple syrup and molasses the recipe called for. (The recipe called for brown sugar as well which I left out.) Pineapple purée is a great idea!

Careful with opening both ends of the can, I did that & tried to push the beans through (I think it was a can of refriend beans), anyways, it slipped and I sliced my finger open & had to get 6 stitches, dont do what I did
