Hey Ivan! To answer to your question in terms of coffee, there’s a set of brewing recipe for a barista to follow while making coffee and in the morning we have to calibrate our coffee machine and grinder according to the recipe and if we don’t calibrate according to the recipe than coffee can taste very bitter our sour.
And in terms of wasting Milk we cannot serve the same milk to next customers as it’s against the service standards, but what can be done is, we can can reduce the amount of milk that we add in the pitcher whenever can before steaming in order to waste less milk.

Please don’t take this as rude but I was so distraught by you not wiping the tables that the seats were on … the germs 😅 and when was the bread that was sitting on the counter left un covered baked? They could’ve covered it if it’s being served doesn’t make it better you touched a lot of things before placing the baked goods and no gloves or handwashing even if you don’t touch the food 😅
