OMG!!!! My boyfriend Jesse is the branch manager of Herc Rentals and he was the one who gave away the skid steer toy from his office for Flynn! He was happy to give it away. He said that he was looking all over his office for something to give him. How cute!! :)
He happened to be sitting next to me while I was watching this and I was like "Hey, it's Herc Rentals". He said "Is that for a kids birthday party?!... I gave away my skid steer toy from my office for a little boys birthday!".
So cool. :)
How adorable is it that those guys at the construction rental were all excited about the fact the rental was being using for a child’s birthday and gave him the toy on top of it?? Love hearing stuff like that

literally can’t believe it’s been three years already. three!? it may seem strange but Flynn coming into this world had such a big impact on me… at the time I was struggling badly and thinking of ending my life, but seeing him be brought into this world really just struck a chord in me for some reason. it was one of the many important pieces that reminded me how even in dark times, life can still be beautiful and worthwhile. sending so much love to you guys !🖤🖤

And it’s all in the way she’s raising him! Everything is exciting and she lets him be a part of everything they do and tells him he’s doing such a good job. There’s so much love and respect I hope one day I can raise my kids like she does
I’ve truly never seen a toddler so genuinely overwhelmed and happy that was so adorable and that was so nice of those employees to give Flynn a little gift too 😭😭

Flynn always seems a little nervous when there’s lots of people around, especially at first. Do you think that’s because he grew up in lockdown? He’s absolutely adorable 😭❤️
I’ve noticed Flynn presents with a few autistic traits. But also some that contradict. So I’m not sure
My bet is that it’s probably a toddler thing. Some toddlers are scared of people at first. At the same time I think it might also be the lockdown part too. He probably doesn’t have a ton of play dates. Unless Colleen doesn’t film it

I love that you make his cakes instead of buying them. I’m a cake decorator and I make super elaborate cakes…of course the kids love them, but it’s not special to them. My mom (I’m crying typing this) always made our cakes. Hers looked a lot like the one you made for Flynn, and I would do the same thing he did, Help mix it up with her. It was always such special memories to me, but even more so now, since we lost her to cancer in June. Your videos often make me cry from my own memories of my mom. Like watching Gwen hold Wesley, with such joy cause my mom loved with the same intensity your does. Having such a close loving family is so special.
Flyn is such an amazing little guy. He’s so excited with everything he gets. Happy birthday little man . He has the sweetest heart I’ve ever seen on a little boy. He’s so grateful for everything. Colleen and Eric you have done a wonderful job with him.

I really don't know why the whole time I watched this I was so emotional. I think it's because Colleen is such a wonderful mother and even with all the hardships she faces, she deals with it even if it means having to stop and cry and then do what needs to be done. I seriously am in awe; watching her love her family is the most genuine and moving experience. Thank you Colleen for sharing with us. I sincerely wish that Wesley and Maisey come home for Christmas.

So I work for a similar company and I can tell you those desk models are prized possessions. We only get a couple per branch per year in our district and it depends on the sales reps of the actual equipment companies. So you don’t even know how cool of a thing that was to do!

@@anne-liekeberloo9237 usually she’s not able to go to family functions because she hasn’t been the safest regarding covid. She’s been traveling quite a bit with her girlfriend. But she quarantined and was able to come!
@@anne-liekeberloo9237 ya she had to quarantine to hang out with her family. She couldn’t risk Colleen getting sick and not being able to see her babies. So she also missed thanksgiving with them and got emotional. U can watch her thanksgiving vlog.
