Lemon Bars/Slice | Quick and Easy Recipe

These Lemon Bars/Slice are very delicious and have really intense lemon flavour, so if you like lemons you’ll definitely love this quick and easy lemon dessert. It has crumbly base and soft and juice filling.
If you wish to get more yellow color for the topping use white sugar (I used raw sugar in the video).
Ingredients:
225g (1 ½ cup) flour
100g (3/4 cup) icing sugar
200g butter, room temperature
40g (½ cup) desiccated coconut
Lemon Topping
5 eggs
400g (2 cups) sugar
zest of 2 lemons
250ml (1 cup) lemon juice
37g (1/3 cup/2 heaped tbsp) flour
1 tsp baking powder
Tin size: 30cmx20cm
Bake in the oven 180C/350F fanbake for about 30 min.
Cool in the tin completely before cutting or chill for at least an hour if you want to get nice and straight edges. Enjoy!
