Have they made a replacement 3 point locking system gear box yet? our 8’ door is 3 yrs old and even after installing a new gear box last spring if the stars arent aligned before engaging the dead bolt it jams in the locked position and i have to pull the door pins, this has happened at least 10 times in 3 years and the shit is getting old, its currently jammed and will stay that way till spring, Im not sure if its operator error or not, doesnt happen to me, regardless, it should not jam in the locked position.Any ideas?

installed door, fiberglass, when to adjust bottom sill, removed plugs , did not allow screws to allign with openings , poor quality control, I asked for bottom sill black plastic , to be sent , with no holes, cant do , want to send out complete sill, NO PARTS STOCKED @ LOWES , so asked 4 more plugs, cant do , Need a PO , I dont have , BUYER BEWARE
