Nice door. Did customer install this or you did? also R4 doesnt give much energy efficiency, even compared to Provias other options.

We installed it. The R-4 was the glass package and yes Provia does offer higher options. We are located in climate zone 4 so more of a mild zone and the customer was not as concerned with the energy efficiency as the look. One thing we love about Provia doors is the overall quality build and of the weather stripping and the customer did reach out to let us know how much of a difference it has made.
