My advice for what to do if you feel a cold coming on, is to take ginseng and echinacea at the very first sign (those are literally the ingredients of "cold fx" but at a fraction of the cost!) Personally, I take ginseng and echinacea everyday to prevent ever getting to the point of feeling a cold coming on lol at all! Definitely helps!

The SPF that I really really recommend is from a very good brand called Isdin Fusion Water SPF 50+ (I used 50 but there are lower).
Since I have a really bad acne this was the most gently and Chemical free things, so I just got addicted 😊

Pro tip when using Loreal or garnier hair color, the first number 1-10 is a general Dark to Light hair color.
The following numbers are reflexes 1-6. (0 is nothing)
1 is ash, 2 is violet, 3 is gold, 4 is copper, 5 is red and 6 is orange.
So a 421 is 4 = dark brown 2 = dominant violet 1 = ash (Dark brown cold tone)
The first number after the main color is always more dominant reflex in the hair. ✨🖤

Natural beauty tips from my homeland that really work and that we use on a daily basis are the santal wood that we rub against a clay rock to make masks that prevent from having wrinkles and depigmentation, henna leaves that we blend with organic coconut milk and coconut with organic turmeric or turmeric powder to make a sort of exfoliating pasta that we rub on our skin to remove the dead cells in order to have a golden melanin and glow.

I recommend you go to the hair salon from now on, it is not safe to do at home all it takes is one drop when rinsing to get in your eye and you can have major problems on your hands. A great sunscreen without the white/grey tone after applying it is la Roche Posay ANTHELIOS fluide invisible.
The Ordinary niacimiade +zinc is great to use 2-3drops in the morning and night when the skin is a little damp, before your hydrating cream to reduce appearance of pores, for oil control.
Also The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% which is a vitamin C that is super amazing to reduce hyperpigmentation and dark spots. In the morning, I put 2 drops in my hands and pat it all over my face before my hydrating cream and sunscreen.
But you cannot mix Niacimiade and Ascorbic Acid in the same routine so I alternate between the two in the weeks.
Skincare by Hyram is a youtuber that is great to learn about skincare.

We use organic argan oil or coconut oil for mosturizing our face and body, rose or lavender infused water as a lotion, and to extract black heads from our nose and chin, we use a mixture of sugar, olive oil and a bit of turmeric powder for the healing and relief and for lazy skin routine days we blend rice, turmeric powder and rose water as a mask or we apply organic honey on our face it has lots of healing and relief virtue.
