how did you make the game work with the steering wheel?
I used a program called x360ce so that the game thinks my wheel is a xbox controller. The downside is you don't have force feedback.

What do you mean by it changes? The vehicle has the same sound throughout the video but it changes a bit depending on interior/exterior view

I don't think they changed the sounds but I could be wrong.
