Recipe
Fill rock glass with ice cubes
In another glass or mixing cup place
place 1/4 oz. absinthe liquor in a cocktail glass and swirl to coat and pour out
1 oz. (30 ml) brandy
1 oz. (30) simple syrup or sugar
2 dashes pycord bitters
muddle ingredients
pour ingredients into cocktail glass

Very nice drink, I plan to make one of those at some point I just need to get some Absinthe, which brand was that one? Also I find using a julep strainer for stir drinks is easier, because you don't have to jam the hawthorn springs in the mixing glass, which I hear will wear it down after a while. :)
