    On my channel you will find content related to yoga, yoga for healthy living, yoga for health issues which is suitable for beginners as well as others who want to dive further into their practice.     As a student of Physiotherapy, yoga was part of my curriculum, with this knowledge and taking yoga classes I reaped the benefits of yoga. I used pranayama to overcome my bronchitis. Asanas helped relieve my back ache. During my pregnancy yoga helped me stay active, pain free and calm most of the time. Recently I developed varicose veins and restless legs. I was advised to undergo ligation and stripping but again Pranayama and asanas came to my rescue . yoga was my go-to anytime I experienced physical discomfort or mental agitation. For the last 20 + years I have been hoping on and off the yoga mat .
    Professionally working as a physiotherapist I noticed, combining the principles of physiotherapy and yoga benefited my patients greatly. During my tenure in the fitness field, I incorporated yoga along with breath work after a strenuous workout session .I Also used yoga when I designed workouts for clients with lifestyle injuries and health conditions. I noticed reduction in pain and sometimes reversal of their condition when done in conjunction with lifestyle changes.

    Here the Legs are posed very high,
    This must not be more than 30°,that's the Authentic aspect of a Boat.
    If the Logs are posed more high than 30°, then the Relevant Benefit will be less or Least.
    One may here observe the Real Boat and can calculate/Assume the position of Legs for why the name of this Posture is Boat Pose.

      In Boat Pose, the angle of the legs can indeed vary, and it's important to find a position that maintains the integrity of the posture and provides the intended benefits. My intention was only to simplify the pose to help people with their practice.I believe as we deepen our practice, asanas become tools to help us get present in our bodies rather than use our bodies to get into the perfect pose.     Some are saying that lie down on your back and then raise both legs and body simultaneously. Which one is correct?

      Hi Nikhil, you can do it in that way too provided you already have a strong core.
      The important thing about doing the asana is the right alignment so that you create a pathway for the free flow of energy to the target organ or muscle based on what your goal is .

      I have broken the asana into steps in this video so that everyone irrespective of their exercise or health history can progressively work towards the final asana and also ensuring that they have a safe practice .

      Naukasana (Boat Pose) can be performed both in sitting and lying positions. However, I prefer teaching it in this way for safety as there is reduced strain on the back and neck, But the most important aspect is finding a variation that feels comfortable for you and allows you to engage your core effectively without causing undue strain
