Music at Yarrells…
There are music groups galore and our pupils grow the confidence to give anything a go, whether it’s starting out on the ukulele, singing a solo at the Summer Extravaganza or performing at our local cathedral in the school orchestra.
All children from Nursery to Year 2 enjoy singing and percussion classes. From Year 3 they learn to play the recorder, from Year 4 they learn to play the ukulele. In Year 5, the children start using keyboards to help enhance their musical learning.
