They did a great live performance of this song and did a mash up with Stranger Things they released - worth checking out
The story behind this song is Suicide Squad came to twenty one pilots and wanted them to do a song about the movie and top refused and said they'd do a song but only if it made sense to their fans...then if SS wanted to use it for the movie they could
Tyler came up with this song which is really about the twenty one pilots fans and a warning to the new fans of top after they blew up that the older fans may be wary of new people coming in to join the fandom- this was right after they blew up with Stressed Out and Ride
The song works perfectly bc it fits to the fanbase and the double meaning of everything also makes sense within the movie

I've been obsessed with this track since it was released. Went to see the movie just because of the song, but got disappointed for several reasons. The movie had potential but it needed a better script, better directing and better editing. This music video looked cooler than the movie. Plus this song came when the end credits started, I felt robbed for not hearing this song in some epic scene! So unfair. It's been years but I'm still upset.
