I'm so glad you do these things Lisa. MS collateral is so obtuse and difficult to fathom. Say for instance you want to know the functions built into the NFP Industry Solution today... This needs to be compared to what organisations already have but without a clear view of what is already available, NFPs will just continue with their old ways of working and try to "pave the cowpath." with all the technical debt that builds.
Actually I do a lot of work with NFPs in my job, I recognise exactly what you mean! So glad to be able to help - and perhaps I should do some content on the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit!?

Great video Lisa. Wondering if anyone else is seeing "Your admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later." message for Sales Copilot in CRM. Copilot is working in Outlook and I've triple checked the setup requirements including explicitly adding individuals to Customer Service Representatives role. Community site says to open a ticket but wondering if MS will support the preview.
I've always been the pilot and there is never going to be a copilot as difficult as that may be to accept how you act now is all the proof we need as to why.
Great video Lisa! Love all your stuff. You mentioned the price was coming down for the new “customer insights” product. I couldn’t find anything from MS on this? Could you share a link?
