SoCal 300, Chim Chim Gunboat 62

Santa Barbara to San Diego, SoCal 300 mile yacht race. ChimChim was leading the fleet until the masthead halyard broke and spinnaker fell into the water, they recovered but were unable to use the large downwind sails to keep going fast and gave up time and distance to the other boats.
