Yes, a lot of emotions in the first few years. Finding out you’re pregnant, then saying bye to pregnancy and welcoming the baby, then saying bye to nursing and welcoming the toddler years. It’s very emotional and comes with many attachments. Every phase is so beautiful and will be missed and remembered forever. ❤❤❤
Don’t forget to make time for just you and Romeo, too! It’s easy to let that fall by the wayside, and time with him and Cade together is not the same thing.
My baby just got married in August. Watching you rock your son to sleep after his bath brought tears to my eyes. So touching. I miss it. Cherish the time you have with him, it goes painfully fast. 🥰
I hear you say we needed to set a schedule for Cade and work. I did not hear time for you and Romeo. Do not underestimate the power of couple time. I did. I gave everything to my boys and work. Marriage needs quality time too. You have everything! So blessed!
I barely remember the days when my sons were babies because in a few days I will be 74 years old. My oldest son is in his forty’s my youngest is in thirty’s but I do remember. The countless bath times and night time songs and story book readings and nightly prayers of now I lay me down to sleep ! Beautiful memories. That I hope will comfort them both long after I am gone. God bless and thankyou for taking me down memory lane.
Becoming a mom it makes you see the whole world in a different perspective ...for the better ❤ You are such a wonderful human already 💕 You will be an awsome mother 🎉
Macenna being a mom makes you smile a lot. Not that you didn’t before, but it’s beautiful to see the sheer joy on you since Cade. Merry Christmas coming to y’all.
I love seeing your Mom and you together! Such love! And that smile of Cades…. So cute. Thank you for sharing him. He’s really growing fast, it seems!❤️
it's totally a mom thing.. i cry every time i see baby things and i have ever since i had my first 9 yrs ago which is wild that i have a kid that's 9, i also have 2 more turning 7 & 2 in Nov. it seems like it flys by but at the same time i feel like ive been a mom forever ❤
Once you get all your favorite skincare products ordered and have them again, I’d love to see a full morning and evening skincare routine! I’d also love a full in depth makeup routine too! Your makeup always looks so pretty!💗
I love you girl! But man, I miss your mom so much. That woman injects such fun in your videos. Not to mention how beautiful this lady is. We need more of mom here! 🥰❤
Is good to see that you didn’t neglect your dog because of your cute baby. Unfortunately some people do that and is very sad 😢 for the poor dog or cat.
I recently saw some negative comments in another UA-camr’s comment section. I started watching you a few months ago, so I don’t know your backstory but I don’t know how anyone could be negative about you. I just find you so delightful and down to earth.
I’ve watched, “Nobody wants this”, twice myself and now getting the hubby to watch it…and I’m 65 and thus never saw OC.☺️ It is such a cute series…🥰 So glad to hear there will be another season!🤗
I was just saying that becoming a mom has made me a better person because I view everyone as someone’s baby now and it makes me see people with a more tender heart! Motherhood is truly transformative 💗
I decorate my tree with Santa ornaments... My husband passed away 11 years ago he was a beautiful Santa helper ... So in memory of him I decided to decorate my little tree with Santa's. Love it .. Keeps Santa in my heart
All the things! You will always be attached to that. My grand daughter was telling me about her competitive cheer routine and all of her suits, and she said “you know, all the things!” I laughed and called her MaCenna! She looked at me so funny and asked if I was starting to have senior moments, lol. I explained to her all about you and your UA-cam channels. By the time I got home she called me to say she loved your shows and was going to start watching you from the start. So, you now have a 14 year old fan with lots of friends that will probably start watching you. She loves how you show your skin care regiment. Thanks for being a good influencer and “all the things!”.
I enjoyed this. Just a real day with a friend. As you spoke about your emotions after having a baby, I’ve shared with my daughter, “You think you know how much I love you. However, you will never, ever be able to really grasp it until you have your own child. It completely changes your capabilities to love.”
OMG, this is so true. When you announced your pregnancy, I was 30 weeks pregnant, if I am not misremembering... I cried SO MUCH watching that video, remembering when I found out about my baby and how I told my husband and my family - she is also my firstborn, three months older than Cade - and now, every time I see pregnancy announcements and births, I get so emotional and I feel so happy that other person will feel this AMAZING love that is the love we have for our kids. Thank you for sharing... Cade is getting cuter and cuter by the day!
Did anyone else automatically start rocking back & forth when MaCenna was rocking Cade? It’s like it’s ingrained in my soul. I miss my boys being baby’s. I know you hear this from so many of us, but enjoy every second with your sweet baby. It goes by sooooo fast! 🥰 P.S. I am so excited for Christmas on your channel! Yay!
I love when your mom comes to visit. She's such a special lady & seems like a lot of fun. Cade is growing too fast 😊 Kinsley looked adorable. Oh, I recently purchased The Pumkin Spice Café myself. Haven't started it yet. I belong to a book club called Book Bub. Love it. I get books for under a dollar, sometimes free & I don't think I've paid more than $2 for a book. Mostly I'm into cozy mysteries. Sweet dreams.❤❤
Packing for a trip with a little one was always interesting, and sometimes I'd forget the kitchen sink. Dang! You just never know, right? Overnight trips would always include a baby first aid kit. I'm glad you're finding a balance; it's so important! 💯❣️
Just wanted you ti know I always enjoy hanging out with you Your evenings to ,me are very typical, and enjoyable, so I truly do enjoy spending the time with you. Cade just gets cuter and cuter by the day, That little smile of his just lights up everything!
Omg yes so many emotions!! I was in my third trimester when you announced that you were pregnant & I remember bailing my eyes out with excitement because I was excited to know that we were going through a similar experience!! My daughter is 8 months now and I still cry at the little things, especially when I see a newborn baby!! ❤
That store had so many beautiful trees & decorations, more modern but beautiful! Kensley is so sweet!🐶 Oh my goodness baby Cades smiles at bathtime were the cutest, he's so precious!!🥰 I've heard good things about that "It" brand moisturizer. My baby is 25 & I still have my moments! When he got married I was a mess! When he told me he was going to be a dad i cried because i was excited, but then i cried because it was just another reminder he's grown!🤷♀️ No matter how old they get, the emotions don't go away! Hope your mom will be here for at least one more video! i just love her!😁 Enjoyed!
Found myself talking out loud while watching your video. "I'm sooooo glad I stumbled upon her page! Her aura is just so calming and lovely to watch." XO
I was listening to a scientist talk about bonding recently. Mothers and fathers chemistry within their bodies changes after they have a child and never goes back. To make you empathise and protect your own baby and to a lesser extent others. I find that so cool. In most cases it happens right away for the mother and takes a little longer for the father as they spend time with the baby. So I imagine it can happen with adopted parents too. But it’s not just an emotional time. You ARE changed for life. As for emotional and physical things with pregnancy my mum used to say it takes 4 seasons because everything is the first time afterwards.
Girl same! My brother in law had a baby 7 months after we had our daughter, once at a dinner with them I began crying because baby made sounds reminding me of all the emotions I felt. All happy memories ❤
My daughter n I remind me of you we are more like friends than mother daughter we have such a connection, as for the show you watched I'm the same i don't always say watch this but yes ... Nobody wants this is SOOOO good , love from the UK x
Last year the only vlogmas i get to watch was the announcing one, but thia month i finally get to watch from Paris to day 24 of vlogmas and i cried My eyes out watching You all again receiving thia beautiful news. My kids now are 12 and 7 and i still get emotio al watching other people's happy news. I looove your videos and watching you enjoying being parents and grandma. Much love from Chile ❤❤❤
MaCenna, that has got to be one of the most stunning nurseries I have ever seen. It truly amazes me when you have a vision and you manage to find the most perfect items to make it come to fruition. And your skill set is par excellence. Okay, I guess I'm beginning to feel a little guilty and am being quite obvious in making up for lost time. And there is nothing more precious than seeing Cade smiling at you and Romeo. That is one adorable and happy baby. It stands to reason. He has mellow parents.
Ah!!! I’m just now catching up to your other video you posted the other day and I’m glad you posted now cause I can just keep the macenna marathon going!! ❤️

I'm making a Wizard of Oz Christmas Tree this year, plus planning a small Wizard of Oz 65th birthday party for my sister in law. That is her favorite movie.
Hello MaCenna! Thank you for sharing your every day life, creativity and inspiration! As I was watching your show today when you were hugging Kinsley in the kitchen, may I make a small suggestion just to the left of the French kitchen doors needs something on that wall and maybe a small gold frame to balance out the large picture on the right next to the refrigerator? The kitchen turned out absolutely awesome!!!🍄🍁🍄🟫🍄🍁🍄🟫

…The way Cade looks at you 🥹 He loves his mommy! So precious.
I hear you say we needed to set a schedule for Cade and work. I did not hear time for you and Romeo. Do not underestimate the power of couple time. I did. I gave everything to my boys and work. Marriage needs quality time too. You have everything! So blessed!

Love seeing your beautiful Mother. Her hair is amazing!

You and mom have the same smile- both beautiful!

MaCenna you're such a beautiful genuine soul. I love how you live life, work hard and prioritize your time. You're doing a great job.❤
I love you girl! But man, I miss your mom so much. That woman injects such fun in your videos. Not to mention how beautiful this lady is. We need more of mom here! 🥰❤
It will ALWAYS be a red and green Christmas for me. 🎃🍁💚🙃 other decor might be more “ elegant “ but red and green makes my heart happy. 🎃🍁💚🙃
So nice your mom is able to visit again! Kinsley you are so cute hugs to you ! We love your videos THANK YOU for all the hard work you do!
Is good to see that you didn’t neglect your dog because of your cute baby. Unfortunately some people do that and is very sad 😢 for the poor dog or cat.

Yes she’s amazing, welcome.
I really enjoyed this blog. It was just so real.
Me too, really enjoyed it, ty and I love my waterproof kindle too 😊
What a beautiful, sweet and hard working momma to both your sweet babies. Romeo and your mom must be so proud

Loved Nobody wants this. Watched the OC when it aired. I don’t think you missed anything lol
Yes, it was fun hanging out! Cade is a baby doll, and Kinsley looks adorable! So nice with your Mom there!! Enjoy!!
Love love love this time of year with you!! And oh my gosh, why is Kinsley so precious!!

I hope Mama stays a little longer, love and miss seeing her here. Cade's bath oh I'm loving the moment, so many memories to cherish.
Its confidence in a cream is FABULOUS!!been a fan for years now❤
So sweet seeing your mom visit, are you planning on visiting your dad with your baby?
So excited! Christmas time on your channel is my FAVORITE! ❤🎉
Lovely doing night routine with you MaCenna. Also kindle >>> screen time, I can totally relate. Hugs from Bali ❤️
We all sure do love your Mom❤
I love your kitchen so cozy and inviting ❤

I love that show; Nobody Wants This! Ibinged the whole season in a day! Love the characters and the story line!
Christmas is a beautiful time of the year and all the beautiful decorations. It helps you to forget for a while the crazy world around you.
Off topic - love how you perfectly framed "the next day" against the black of your shirt
I am just laughing, I miss u guys together. It's good to see you two together again
I think those hot air balloons are a great idea to hang over your Christmas town with a fishing line from the ceiling and a clear tack

What a creative person / people who created all that Christmas 🎄 it’s just magical ❤❤❤
RIGHTTTT i thought the same thing when i was looking at all the different trees and how full they were. so much creativity
Found myself talking out loud while watching your video. "I'm sooooo glad I stumbled upon her page! Her aura is just so calming and lovely to watch." XO
how did the bread turn out
So cute baby Cade puts a smile on my face every time 😊

Loved The OC at the time and Nobody Wants This is a definite watch too!
I've read the first two books in the series and thought they were cute. Going to start the third soon. Enjoy your little trip. ❤
Girl same! My brother in law had a baby 7 months after we had our daughter, once at a dinner with them I began crying because baby made sounds reminding me of all the emotions I felt. All happy memories ❤
Sweetest seeing you with Cade in his cutest room! I Love, Love all the Christmas!
If you ask me what I miss the most from when my kids were infants, it would be bathtime in the kitchen sink. Oh my heart! I miss that.
I’m so excited for the Christmas videos😄🔥❤️
My daughter n I remind me of you we are more like friends than mother daughter we have such a connection, as for the show you watched I'm the same i don't always say watch this but yes ... Nobody wants this is SOOOO good , love from the UK x
My baby boy is just 2 months younger than Cade so I absolutely love you sharing your new mom content!
Last year the only vlogmas i get to watch was the announcing one, but thia month i finally get to watch from Paris to day 24 of vlogmas and i cried My eyes out watching You all again receiving thia beautiful news. I’ve been feeling like some patterned/floral curtains would be stunning flanking the French doors….would set the kitchen off. Such a gorgeous kitchen.
Tip is to use the oil on top of your moisturizer! It works to lock in the moisture better when it's on top 🥰
YAYYY :)
The Tatcha products you purchased were for oily skin. This is why the products were a little drying. The lavender Tatcha products are for normal to dry skin and they are amazing. Give the lavender products a try, if you bought them at Sephora you can return the products back within 60 days for an exchange. The products you need are called Dewy skin.
I love when you shop with your Mom. So 🥰 cute
Such a relaxing vlog ❤❤❤
Always the oil at the end, to seal the cream !
Tatcha water cream is not a great moisturizer. You need the one in the lavender tub.
The tatcha water cream and cleanser is more suited for dryer skin. Especially since weather is dry there you might like the tatcha dewy cream one way more!
Hey just a tip, you should usually put the skin oil on as the last step. The oil will create a barrier which will stop the other products soaking in as well.
If you put it on last it will stop the products evaporating from your skin and soak in better
Don’t forget the bouncy seat! Lol. That and the swing saved us so many times when when traveling!!
Macenna since all my kids are grown, I kinda miss a schedule, but enjoying retirement 🤗raising my kids went so fast 😢
This was a surprise today! Here in the uk we always get the video the next day to the US ( unless you stay up past 11pm which I don’t!) so totally forgot we were due another. Surprise Macenna is the best!❤
You should try out Eight Saints skin Care
I believe they have a kit with all their skin care basics to try out.
I love them. I’ve tried so many over the years and after i tried their sample pack, I’ve never bought anything else.
Give the purple Tatcha moisturiser a try (I think it’s called the Dewy Skin Cream). I was told it’s for older, dryer skin, and for my age (mid-thirties), it’s better just as a night cream, but I use it day and night, and it’s perfect. I have oily/combination skin that’s been slightly drier since pregnancy (not loads), and it’s just rich enough to make my skin feel hydrated, but it’s not at all greasy. I love it.
Use the tatcha rice wash and cream. Super duper moisturizing!!
My precious babies just both moved into their own places. 😭 The only empty nest syndrome things we are dealing with is not seeing them everyday. It's honestly hard and I knew their whole lives they would grow up someday and they are in their mid 20s but I'm still get in my feelings about it. They don't even live but 5 minutes drive away but still it's not the same. 🥲 Cherish every phase you're in. ❤️❤️❤️
I loveeee your videos!! :) (also make sure oil is the last step in your skincare because nothing can penetrate your skin once you put oil on, so moisturizer should be before oil!)
I love a bowl of cereal right before bed. I always have. Enjoy!
I wish I lived where there were estate sales and markets like you go to. There are estate sales here but it's usually for farm equipment and that's not my style 😊
I love cereal for dinner!!!!! I do it often. and the Christmas shop looked amazing!
I loved your recommendation Nobody wants this soooo good Thanks ❤
oil always goes last in skincare ;) it locks in the moisture and everything else you used first.
I also read on a Kindle and it does not have blue light. I use it on the dark setting with the words and light and I recall researching about the blue light and you don’t have to worry about that. It doesn’t contain it. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us, and also with Cade he is growing to be so big and we would like to know what he is now doing like rolling over sitting up scooting about and I hope you have a great trip! Thank you for sharing and I know I enjoy you so much so thank you your friend Gerri
I'm making a Wizard of Oz Christmas Tree this year, plus planning a small Wizard of Oz 65th birthday party for my sister in law. That is her favorite movie.
Watching you with Cade makes me miss when mine were still babies ❤️❤️❤️
Hello MaCenna! Thank you for sharing your every day life, creativity and inspiration! As I was watching your show today when you were hugging Kinsley in the kitchen, may I make a small suggestion just to the left of the French kitchen doors needs something on that wall and maybe a small gold frame to balance out the large picture on the right next to the refrigerator? The kitchen turned out absolutely awesome!!!🍄🍁🍄🟫🍄🍁🍄🟫
Prison break came out when I was in high school and I just watched it this year. It’s so good.
So good! Wentworth miller is amazing! They all are
Kinsley is still the cutest baby in the house
Those decorations remind me of British garden centres , every corner has different christmas themes floir to ceiling.
