OMG, thank you! You made my 7 year old and my weekend. You’re part of our Friday night tradition and this made it all the cooler.
You fulfilled her I want to see David make this wish and that is amazing.
I would love to see you try some of the ultimate food battle recipes from Sortedfood. I know the paella burrito caused an international incident. Also, if you’re looking for great vegan recipes, as a family we’ve made the vegan KFC zinger from their channel and it is amazing.
    Thank you again.

@@AskMiko , I love his videos too. I have always loved cooking content on UA-cam, and David is the best of all worlds. I discovered his channel 5/2021 when was going through a Stem Cell/ bone marrow transplant. I binged his videos for hours laid up in my hospital bed. Maple butter is when you heat real maple syrup to 112 Celcius, then let it cool down to 52 Celcius and then whip it until it thickens and turns into a spread that'll melt on toast. Growing up we'd make some by hand in a mug with a popsicle stick during maple syrup harvest season. Best spread ever.

How about trying Rhett and Link's favorite mix recipes that the Mythical Kitchen crew makes. Like the one where they mixed Chinese and Italian food. One of them was Orange Chicken Parmesean which Josh then did a dedicated video on the Mythical Kitchen channel for. Then the other day they did a Mexican and Thai food mix up and seemed to really love the Al Pastore Pad See Ew and the Pozole Tom Kha.

So I know you aren't willing to buy a full black truffle, but I would highly recommend that you try getting the powdered version. You can get a spice shaker's worth for $15-20 bucks on amazon. It isn't the same as having shaved truffle but gives some of that same delicious earthiness without spending an arm and a leg. I use it sometimes and it's amazing in stuff like stroganoff or even just add a bit to your steak with salt before searing.

Just to point it out, earthy flavor comes from dirt. You're paying "just" $15 to make your pie taste like dirt.

To specify, It doesn't just make it taste "earthy". Truffle is basically a type of mushroom, so it has that same "Umami boosting" properties as mushrooms do. I'm going off experience and what I normally do is make a custom seasoning salt that's usually pretty simple and the black truffle adds a nice touch.

As someone who hasn't watched any of your videos since you were sporting the "Nerdy" look (I don't watch much these days), I was a little taken aback by the hair! 😆 Not in a bad way, just never expected to see you with brightly colored hair. I love the color (I've had mine colored a very similar color before). ^_^

I hope you can do sheppard's pie. All of the major players have a video on it, there are also some smaller channels that make a more traditional pie. The channel What's For Tea? makes a really good looking cottage pie, although it's very similar to what Ramsey makes.

I think you need to start your own discord for your fans. Been binging your videos for a bit and you ask your audience questions. This would be a good opportunity to ask these questions directly to your fans and you would have the answer right away. This is mostly important when you run into an issue like the pork skin from another video.
