  • Reduce stress on your body and save time with Wallboard Tools, Tapepro and our new "Work Smarter" series of videos.
Are you ready to take the next step? Find out what time and labour saving options are available to you.
In this video, watch as we tape internal corners:
    1. By hand; using a joint knife to apply the compound and feather the edges of the joint
    2. Using the Tapepro Compound Applicator Tube (CA-T) and Internal Angle Head (AH-38) to apply compound, an Internal Corner Roller to bed in the tape and a glazer to complete first coat and feather out the edges.
Compare to the speed and the finishes achieved using each of the methods.

Thanks picassoplasterers. Automatic Tools make a huge difference - especially on internals.

There's a significant edit when you first start using the tool, raises doubts as to the 'ease of use', re-shoot it, no edits.
I do have to say that it looks to be much easier, produces a more uniform result and takes a huge load off backs, knees and the body in general.

Hi BatteredSavaloy That's true - we did have to make a correction at the start when the tool actually ran out of mud - rookie mistake, we know. So much so it made it into our bloopers. Check out our clip "Plastering not everything goes to plan" and you will see the little slice we cut out. The Compound Applicator is one of the easiest to learn and use tools in our range - so long as you totally fill it up. Thanks for your comment - good eyes!

Thanks for your comment Gazman152. The Automatic Tool method is so much easier on the body - and we're pretty happy with the finish too.

Gimic tools, you'll always revert to original tools when it's clogged because you couldn't be arsed to clean it.
