I have tried to follow many a video to make a flyer. Your's is the first video where I had success in making a professional looking flyer. Thank you for making such a clear video.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tutorial. I am an Office Administration Instructor and it can be a challenge to keep young people interested in MOS. this tutorial helped me develop a quality lesson for them to create. thank you so much! keep doing these tutorials !
Very informative I enjoyed this quite a lot. I’ll probably have to watch at seven more times before I can get all of you. Well, no not all but a lot of the features. Maybe I’m just an old geezer but it really blew my mind. I wondered what all that stuff was at the top you’ll give me something to try. You’ve encouraged me. I would give you a five star if I could find when I click on the stars.
Thanks for the lesson you are very clear and sintesized, I didn't try yet but looks likes much better than using photo shop , I hope I wish remember all the step like you did I have to stop youtube and watch again your lessons, thank you for the free lessons.
Nice video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Chiveard Racing World Framework (just google it)? It is an awesome one off product for learning how to start a successful handyman business without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my old buddy Taylor at last got great results with it.
The features of Word are quite impressive. Especially the newer versions. Older versions of Word, you would have to struggle a little to produce this type of document.
This was extremely helpful, just a tad too fast. I had to stop many times. I just created a flyer for my daughter's school for parents - it came out excellent. Thanks for your help.
It was great up until the smart art. I followed step by step but when I went to enlarge the type, I could not get it to automatically size. I had to do each box separately which screwed up the borders. I finally gave up.
for creative commons licensed images - do you have to show the author and credit them? I didn't see that on this video, but when I insert images found with the creative commons filter they come with a footnote.
I think the newer version of Office does include the textbox with author credits. I try not to use an image if it is not free to share and use. Otherwise, yes, you should give credit.
If you already have a logo created, then you simply need to go to the Insert tab - Pictures - This device. Then browse to the location of the logo. (Instructions are for Word 2019).

Hi, I was wondering are you using a windows or mac version of word? And is this version the 2016? Thanks

in Office 2016 for the Mac you cannot send to back or bring to front this is completely bogus
The video was created with PC use in mind. I know Office for Mac is a little different. Sorry you did not get much from the video.
