2)no playing more than x number of tournaments/hands with x player within x number of days.
3)Id verification before ANY money can be played for... If you even wish to play for 0.01c you must verify.
These things get implemented, online poker is alive again.
It's that simple.
The amount of cheating + collusion would be at a low and stable level.
If this isn't implemented. I for one will remain suspicious, even of the most reputable sites.

Let RTA users, play the really difficult balancing act of appearing not too perfect, whilst also not being too greedy. Its a goldy locks game, that most of them will not be able to play, they'll get banned.

I want to argue that the preflop chart thing isn’t grey. It used to be allowed, and now it clearly isn’t in most TofS I am aware of.
A lot of people don’t necessarily understand the complexity available in preflop resources. ICM, but also every stack depth, squeeze pots, multi-way, etc. Thousands of data read outs for every spot in preflop holdemz Consulting that is clearly not okay and it’s a lot of the edge in tournaments in the first place. Those variable situations.
I think cash background players give it a bit too much of a pass because from my POV they may not be aware of the size of variation between even 20 and 17bb 3bets in every spot etc. If it was just open raise charts, yeah who cares. But it’s cold 4bet charts against open 3bet with 40/60/100 stack depth.

Thank you Berkey for immediately bringing up to the RAKE and the general money he was making from GG. The RAKE is literally the incentive for everything that is alleged.
Matt's classroom story reminded me of when my kids were little. If one of them passed gas I would ask, "what do you say?" and I had them trained to respond, "Mom did it."
Its unbelievable how everyone said Pstle and Bryn is not the same but this pokernews interview remined me of the Matusow interview with Postle so much!!

I absolutely love poker and never had any of the kind of scores that "make a difference" but love competing and I cant even fathom teaming up with people... I love to crush my closest friends but I've also sat there and watched friends play and in a tough spot when my friends asked what I would do, I tell them so I guess I'm shady lol

Berkey going off in the beginning on how Bryn didn't answer the question of "did u ghost Laurens acct?". But what Berkey and Doug missed was the FIRST time the question was asked she included "did u ghost Lauren or anyone else?". So Bryn had to say that cause at the least he was like most people and did some form of ghosting when he was younger.
The 2nd time the question was asked she just said "have u ever ghosted Laurens acct?". That's when Bryn straight up denied it and said no.
I'm not defending Bryn but we have to really listen to what's being asked, what the answers are and why he's saying it. Big distinction between those 2 questions

WSOP will not let you access Team Viewer type software and be logged in at the same time. I know because I was playing on wsop and trying to have a cc on team viewer for work and wsop kicked me off and wouldn't let me sign back in until i closed that software.

Lance Armstrong admitted to cheating his way to 7 Tour de France titles.
He would only allow Oprah Winfrey to do the interview. He knew she liked him and knew she would softball the questions. Everybody in the know really wanted someone to hold Lance accountable and push back. He basically choreographed the interview and dictated to subject matter.

Matt makes a great point about Bryan’s refusal to answer the question about his involvement with GG. Being an operator and making $ off his stable’s WR as well as the rake is incredibly predatory. It was estimated that Bryn was making $1-2million/week.
Bryn said Martin dusted off his stack with 72. Martin claimed that Bryn sent Sergi to Martin’s house and it was Sergei’s decision to go with the 72. Martin said he adamantly opposed playing that hand.
Why isn’t Martin banned from WSOP? He admitted to cheating/ghosting right? Seems like a slam dunk ban to me.

I would have liked if PokerNews said they would only do the interview if there was a second interviewer other than Sarah. Sarah can lead the interview but a second person can ask follow ups.

When someone logs in TeamViewer ALWAYS alerts the user that someone has logged on to their screen. Seems improbable. There is a tab that occurs on the right side of the actual user screen.
Yeah fair but theoretically someone could design a trojan that didn't have those features, it would ofc require consent by the user at some point for the initial installation, but with in person ghosting that isn't too hard to fathom, still speculative ofc
Didnt Bryn buy the computer? He could remote access any computer if he's buying them for all the horses and you'd never know, this is very common with corporate laptops.
