When you are doing a zipper, once you have glued it to the bag and let it dry, you can go through and punch the holes - again.
Another option is to use "sharps" like a regular hand sewing needle or Glover sharps. 😉

holes dont linre up. there are 98 holes in the gusset and 100 in the inside row of holes on the otherr piece
The holes match. Please make sure you printed th pattern correctly and check the bottom of the page isn’t cut off
