The Joan Rivers one is funny with the quotes that come up at the bottom of the screen like "A mad diva". I'm not a huge fan of Joan but I wouldn't blame anyone for walking out over that OTT enthusiasm. Most of the other walk-outs are understandable too courtesy of the interviewer trying for their "gotcha" moment.
Regarding #1, to me the worst part was Walters criticizing Whoopi and Behar for walking out. It was fucked up, backstabbing, and ignorant. It’s a shame that that part was excluded from your video.

Rivers stayed a lady and kept her cool. So, when that didn't work, Whitfield started talking sh--... about Rivers wearing fur. Joan had had it. So she walked. Passive aggressive Whitfield could not have been more fake. FAKE WHITFIELD!!
