    Viva Republica Dominicana...Siempre!
My lovely Dominican sous chef island wife and I used to trip down to the Capital, Santo Domingo and stay at the then, incredibly cheap Nicolas de Ovando Hotel,a 16th century palace, within the Citadel..$75.00....
The hotel's most gracious staff would then just smile and hand us all of 500 year old the old keys to choose our very own fabulous Castillo sanctuary.... amazing!..and now alas....all gone.
For me?... Sommoner's Tales... is my Sir Francis Drake ....my Dominican....Gracious Todos.

Lyrics in case someone needs em :p
You could say I lost my faith in science and progress
You could say I lost my belief in the holy Church
You could say I lost my sense of direction
You could say all of this and worse, but
If I ever lose my faith in you
There'd be nothing left for me to do
Some would say I was a lost man in a lost world
You could say I lost my faith in the people on TV
You could say I'd lost my belief in our politicians
They all seemed like game show hosts to me
If I ever lose my faith in you
There'd be nothing left for me to do
I could be lost inside their lies without a trace
But every time I close my eyes I see your face
I never saw no miracle of science
That didn't go from a blessing to a curse
I never saw no military solution
That didn't always end up as something worse, but
    Let me say this first
If I ever lose my faith in you
There'd be nothing left for me to do

All the old music I remember like Sting, Michael Bolton and Sade, makes me sad to listen to. It reminds me of my childhood when I enjoyed life mostly with no debt, covid and before many crises in my life. I remember the comet in 1997 and the solar eclipse in 1995. I remember when Jurassic Park was in the theatre. I wish I could go back.

Song has a little too much 80s bounce, I'd say drop the harmonica, for me, would love it if it was as stark the chorus through out. Still when it's majestic it's phenomenal. You can hear that more 90s intense sound wanting to push through. 4 stars out of 5
