The Shadowbringers trailer was the most hype I've ever been for FFXIV, and the Shadowbringers story is my favorite story I've ever experienced.
That anime style intro with Zenos is the single coolest scene in any of the trailers

I swear the Shadowbringers trailer still gives me chills with the music and....AH just everything!. I love it!.

So moogles in the Twelveswood have red poms, moogles near Moghome in Heavensward have pinkish poms, and minion moogles have yellowish poms.
Oh, and postmoogles for the valentenion seasonal event have heart shaped poms.

Just wrapping up the Shadowbringer Patch Quests myself. What a ride FF XIV has been, from ARR to now. Awesome seeing others experience the same lvl of hype and excitement i have as well. Enjoy whats to come
When I finished the last duty of Endwalker, I told the chat, "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think Endwalker was even better than Shadowbringers!"

@@omegagilgamesh Endwalker both physically and mentally exhausted me. Never has a piece of media ever took me for a ride like that in my life.
@@SephirothSpirit in 33-ish years of gaming, Endwalker is only the second time a video game ever made me cry.
The Shadowbringers trailer was so good that it actually made me pick up FF14 when I saw it playing in a store.

oh boy... i actually cried watching this react. I have such a emotional connection with this expansion that even 4 years later seeing someone pass through this part of the story still makes me emotioal remembering all the things that happened. Can't wait to see you reactiong to endwalker.
I've watched this trailer about a thousand times and never once did I notice the blue poms
The moogle poms in Gridania and the churning mists are pink and red respectively iirc. Interesting indeed 🤔
This trailer still gives me the chills, the most mysterious and hyping one. And Shadowbringer being the best expansion of FFXIV. The music, the story, the lore, it all blows out of proportions above everything that happened before.
Complete package I might agree. But Story for me is HW. Lore is ARR (the only reason we got here is they did everything they needed to to initiate the world and its mysteries) and music I would have to say HW again.
But I was there early in ARR so things stuck with me a lot more I find and HW was when I realized this game was going to be something special for me.
@@Keldiur I first stepped in game during Shadowbringers, so I may be biased too. I totally respect other persons who prefer other parts of the game.
@@manub9750 its quite alright. Shadowbringers did a very important thing before Endwalker, it focused a lot on the characters. Without that focus Endwalker would have fallen flat in a lot of places. Shadowbringers made you care 10 fold for the Scions, who up until that point always took second seat to the world.
I think you're the first person I have seen to notice the blue-pommed moogles :D

Ah beta CGI Zenos, it's been a long time! Look at that eyeshadow. His Endwalker trailer model is more game-accurate. One of the high res character modellers over at CBUIII apparently emulates the anime eyes look using eyeshadows and eyeliners. If you observe FF16 closely, you'd see that Clive has feathered eyeliner.
But damn girl's got attentive eye. She caught the blue pom pom Moogles that I never noticed until now!

The part i love is that an arrangement of Eternal Wind (a song from FF3JP) plays as the camera swoops through the marketplace, and then into the Crystal Tower. The Crystal Tower, of course, is the final dungeon at the end of FF3JP.
I was so disappointed about Darkness meaning nothing but bringing the night. Like, Darkness means Evil. I wanted to be Evil and kill some of the Scions. :\
Fun fact you actually fight you’re first sin Eater in ARR dungeon or it maybe HW it’s been a while since i last played.

I remember watching this when Shadowbringers was coming out. Chills, confusion, hype! Uhhh, it was sooo good!
imo don't read chat while watching for the 1st time.., you can miss 1st impression moments (soak it all up 1st, same for big ingame cutscenes)..
... after the 1st watch, interact with the chat (maybe when rewatching for a 2nd time)

When I rewatch this trailer, I go, "OH MAN WHEN IS THIS GONNA COME OU-" and realize I beat Endwalker last year. It's such a hype trailer.

If you haven't looked it up. THe shadow bringers trailer was actually released in parts. For instance the first one had the "Master Matoya" scene but never revealed who it was underneith. It was cool to see small reveals over 2-3 trailers

Just finished the story by flipping the book in the inn because l bought the story skip. I am not impressed. Would have quit if l didn't win a housing plot And if pvp rework was not great in 6.1
