    Shifts:
    - making sure I have “me time”
    - not worrying so much about what other people think
    - making sure (at least most of) the things I am doing are because they fill my bucket

So far this month I have started listening to myself and trusting myself more. I've worked on not letting others opinions sway me or disturb my peace of mind. I've realized that I am smart and can handle things and have worked on having less anxiety at night about the next day. I've also decided to chose to do some things that I find difficult if I think they will benefit me in the long run.

I’ve just felt an overall positive shift in my mood and energy. I feel more peaceful, happy, and like I am capable of change and growth. I got this!

To anyone who is "on the fence" about the Budget Tracker developed by Andre, and mentioned in this vlog, please GET IT ASAP!! I purchased 2 sets on launch day as gifts for 2 of my adult daughters but have actually used them myself! Initially I took a peek at the tracker when it first arrived out of curiosity. I put them away but my mind kept telling me that I could probably benefit from trying it and I did!! After 41 years of being the unofficial accountant for my marriage I now feel like I have better control of our finances and really my life (I also am a devotee to the Daily Grind and Habit Tracker plus the 121 Glow Up). So at the ripe old age of 64 I find that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!! Thank you Angie and Andre!!! Oh and I will be reordering replacement Budget Trackers for my daughters! ❤

I've actually made a lot of shifts in work.
    * I'm getting a second job (although it started out just looking for a different job)
    * I'm stopping my "I'm always available" at a job that doesn't actually care about me or rewards me for giving 200%
    * and overall leaning into the idea that I deserve to get back what I put in. Which is something I struggle a LOT with.
Life is still a work in progress but I feel like so many of my changes need to come from the work side of things in order to change some of the life things.

Love this episode, and so true. I love the exercise of looking through a month at the incoming and outgoing because that is incredibly eye opening to see where your money is going. But beyond that, would love an insert that has you track your incoming and your account growth (the idea of what you focus on expands). Maybe even with spots on the side to add those items we came up with on Day 7 ($x = Goal). It would fit perfectly with Andre’s system!

Once I started tracking, I realize how much I bought that I don’t really need! I’m much more aware of what I purchase and starting to save more. Thank you! 🎉

So far this month these are ways I have shifted:
Instead of worrying about trying to fit in learning / skills classes - I’m listening 20 min a morning - since I still have to get my kids ready and myself ready and the 3 of us off to work/ school so
    - morning prayers
    -morning meditations
-morning 20 minutes of a learning class each day
I have incorporated those 3 things in my mornings every morning before I get ready for the work day 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Good things: prioritizing myself and my boundaries.
Time to shift: movement & fear
I love my budget tracker. I currently track weekly but can look at daily (even if its salaried, I can look at it like earning)

I'm a little old school and I've always had a budget... BUT; this is mainly to see what the outgoing is more than the in coming - because I'm always saving for the next holiday and/or the next move. One of the reasons why I am here is to get inspiration about side hustles in general and better understand how to start multiple streams of income and how social media impacts these. That being said, I personally believe my growth continues with learning from others to better understand how to implement new found knowledge into my life. Being part of this group thus far has provided that as I am learning from you Angie and your followers - Thank you ALL!!!

My biggest breakthrough is noticing how much time I spend sleeping. Some days I sleep for 16hr and my sleep score is always around 50. I have also set boundaries. I can say no

How my life shifted...setting daily to do lists, self assessment revealed stressor I was not dealing with, daily letters to future self was very motivating to stick to goals. Definitely not as much obsessive thinking. Thanks Angie.

Huge breakthroughs between this and the blueprint. I’m firmer on my boundaries and being unapologetically me! No longer feeding the negativity around me removing myself from those situations. Clear on my goals and don’t feel like others need to understand. So freeing!!

First of all, thank you, Angie, for sharing your gift of life coaching and encouragement! 💗
I love the budget tracker, just ordered a second one for myself and my son.
Setting boundaries with myself once and for all has been the biggest ah-ha for me. I was WAY too hard on myself. No more! The boundary is set, period! 💗

    - Compartmentalize thoughts/tasks/responsibilities in order to overcome anxiety.
    - Do not panic; There is a solution. Be patient.
    - The best medicine (For me) is to be around those whom I love/Love me! Spend more time with them. It's worth it.

Recognize how not showing up for certain habits spiral into days of a funk vs just one afternoon but seeing that and stopping the funk after 1 day vs letting it last a month!!

    What change I noticed:
    - I am more confident in my body (I decided I’ll learn how to Poledance wich I was to shy to do until now)
    - I got rid of negative persons (bye to my ex best friend who never texted back, it was always me watering this friendship in the last months)
    About income/outcome:
I don’t know about the pay system in other countries but here in Germany you get your loan once a month.
I just passed my final exams so this month will be the first month where I make big girl money!
Tracking where my Money goes is a really good idea but it is not that easy to have multiple income streams here in Germany, but I am excited for the upcoming days anyway ❤

I nerd out about budgeting. And you can budget any amount of money …. I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts making 300$ weekly and I still budgeted that it called in more abundance opportunities would come in constantly.
