These Reanault 3.5L V10s must be some of the very best engines of the history of the universe.

The records it holds are insane: 1990-1997
8 F1 seasons: 72 wins and FIVE championships. So if a season is about 16 races, they averaged winning HALF the races per season. That's still a little tough to believe but the records speak loud and clear. The only reason they didn't win in 1998 was they spun off the engine development to someone else and the engines were garbage. I still think 1995 was more Schumacher driving than the engine's hp advantage because he was hellbent on proving 1994 was not a big fluke. He matched the F1 record at the time of 9 wins, the most since Nigel Mansell in 1992.

especially mazda had an eye on rotary engine once again with the preview of RX-Vision and Skyactiv Rotary engine
and has finally improving it ever since
maybe we would see a comeback of the glorious F1 engine notes that we love :D
