Cheap fix for broken pulley on Delta DP350, replaced with Chicago Die Cast pulley, bored out to .589 inch. Eliminated variable speed, but permanent fix for $12.99.
There’s another video on here of another guys fix it very descriptive. Snap ring pliers to get the ring off and slide the pulley off. That’s assuming the pin came out already off the actual pulley. If not then pull it out

I have same drill press. How do you remove the spline on the motor drive shaft? Can't seem to get mine off??
