What a lovely set! This wasn't even on my radar, but now that I see how thoughtfully designed it is and how polished the finished model looks, I'm considering getting it for myself.
This has to be the only Book of Boba Fett set without the BoBF logo on it!
LOL!
Great review! I feel this is designed almost perfectly. It almost looks like a scale model, yet it is still very much Lego. With the VW T2 camper van I think they went too far in hiding that it's Lego, resulting in something that isn't accurate enough to be a scale model but also doesn't have the charm of something brick built. But here they absolutely nailed it. Too bad about the stickers and the color issues, though that won't stop me from buying this set.
I love Jang's reviews. Stuff like how there will be too much weight on the back wheel if you use the stand is such a good thing to know for those of us who will be displaying this long term
You know what? I like it when subassemblies are deceptively conventional to build before being attached in surprising ways. But I'm probably biased because that's been my building style - obviously I'm not an expert builder by any means, but such a building style accessible while still retaining some of that a-ha factor just appeals to me.
Very nice review.
Yeah this is practically an exact replica of a Vespa! Who would have thought LEGO could make a model out of something so curvy with their typically geometric parts. Sure, there's a lot more curved parts now than in the old days, but still, it's impressive!
All I could think about when seeing the white is on the rim to make it look like a white wall is please please please make a vintage Rolls Royce Phantom!! Or really any good vintage car, I could go for a dark green MG or Jaguar would be so good. Thanks for the great review :)
Man I love Creator Expert vehicles
These new reviews are fantastic! Loving the new wave of videos. The editing is so natural and it is always appreciative good to hear your thoughts.
The helmet seems like a cross between a hermit crab and Wall-E
Great build Jang!!
Jang, got to say that lately your enthusiasm is very entertaining and shows that Lego are doing some things right, especially with the amount of sets that came into your hands with time. "LOOK AT IT!!" :)
This looks absolutely perfect! The tires look amazing!
Thank you, Jang!
i still remember the stream where pink cone was born
The sticker issue can be simply solved in three ways: 1: the best way is printed parts 2: cut to size stickers with no excess or borders 3: make em transparent.
The price was a surprise. I was not expecting something so perfect a modeling execution for sutch a reasonable price.
My first Moped was a Red Vespa.
Those flowers and basket are a great addition
I appreciate you so much that you call the color inconsistencies out. Lego absolutely should be doing better in this department.
The shape and design is absolutely fantastic though, although in this rare case, even the small scale alternative looked instantly recognizable. 😅
I have never cared about Vespas as well but I bought it right away when I saw it. Don't know why I was drawn to it so fast.
Exceptional review as usual! Always a pleasure to watch your reviews! Thank you!
I'd prefer it to be the same scale as the Harley. I don't like the continuing trend of sets getting bigger and bigger in scale .
I just picked this set up at Legoland today after seeing it built in person. It's quite impressive!
Surprised they didn't opt for clear backed stickers. Thanks for the review Jang.
Yay Lego Luca set
The tires make me want a 70's Honda like a CB350
Mine is ordered and I cannot WAIT.
Excellent review jang thank you going to build this next week have a great day
Great review. Pleas review the smaller red Vespa!
Great review. After putting this together myself it felt like a 12+ set instead of a 18+ set because this was easy to build.
Tomorrow will arrive my new lego haul cant wait to build the Vespa
I’m starting to notice a shift in the past year or so with these Creator Expert sets. They look great, but are extremely fragile both during and after construction. The fittings are becoming so tight and “gapless” at the expense of the thing falling apart if you touch it the wrong way. The London Bus, James Bond, Mustang, and Porsche are quite solid. I first started to notice this in the Fiat 500, Pickup Truck, VW T2 (big time) and this Vespa. Important assemblies are held on at very few points during the building process and aren’t well reinforced.
It seems the trend will continue with the BTTF Delorian.
This set is $80 at Costco in the US. I was on the fence on buying this set for $100 but $80 made it an easier choice for me.
Beautiful!
Wait: a baby blue cone, and a pink cone…
GENDER REVEAL CONES

This thing is so cute
it belongs in a Romantic Comedy.
Dope review
From the makers of "Pink Cone", we bring you "Baby Blue Cone".
THe scale of a car using those wheels would be massive. they look about 4x bigger than the current expert car tires.
Nice model!
They could just use clear backed stickers to solve such ugly looking color mismatches between parts and sticker background.
But then they end up with fingerprints or dust
Seeing this cutout Vespa logo and LEGO continuing to aim purely for adult fans I wonder if they ever switch to slide-on decals. In my opinion this would look so much better given the fact that stickers never match the parts colors and leave a notable border.
So what's the chance if this sells wel that Lego will make a yellow alternative build ?... yes I'm looking at you Mr Fiat (77942-10271) both Italian too, coincidence or a trend ?
Looks like i'll pick this up during a sale, and order printed pieces from Steindrucker. As once again LEGO fails to deliver matching stickers, just like the VW Camper T2.
Very disappointing, i'd rather deal with clear backed stickers as you can polish those flat with you nails. Or i guess i can cut out the stickers myself, just like the Vespa logo.
Wait for them to change the color
will it come in yellow
Pink Cone Army > Powdered Blue Cone Army
imagine a build using all the spare cones

Servus Jang, thanks for this video, but I know that Lego makes a lot of money, but that's also () because people haven't had anything to do for 2 years, you know......! In addition, many new areas have come onto the market with (relatively) many printed parts, that was a high risk, which (fortunately) paid off, luck for all of us,......right?
Where is the legendary pink cone?
Stickers should have been clear.
Shame it didn't come with Boba and a couple tech mods, thats a miss. They were crucial to the scene!
LEGO will always have the color problems until they go back to the pre-colored plastic pellets they used to get. That will never happen because the China factory has to use plastic from China. Not sure on the other factories. No mater where you get the plastic from letting each factory mix it's own colors will always cause a color problem.
It's so well designed ... it's almost not Lego anymore :O
Would you consider this 1/6 scale?
7:23 the numbers, what do they mean?
Bionicle Vespa
The different color scheme problem is something lego should get fixed in the near future for that price... and i dont remeber such miscoloring back when i was a child
Sorry, but there are no "fair amount" of stickers for 100 US 🙁 No way LEGO !!!
Looks good, but the stickers are a shame. Shame lego!
It’s beautifully lovely but way too big, that 911 looks tiny next to it.
Motorcycles and classic cars are all about nice chrome reflections and Lego is still stuck with thoses ugly gray bricks.
Too many stickers.
Those whitewall tyres are amazing. Wish they were smaller so we could use them on cars.
