Episode 93 - Stuck in Ice Heading to Bahamas.

We've relaunched Athena and heading south from Virginia to the Bahamas. We'll take you as far as North Carolina in this episode and you'll see our asymmetric spinnaker in action and our electric motors taking us down the Chesapeake and Albermarle Canal. The canal froze over even down here in southern Virginia and we got stuck in the ice waiting for it to melt! Ultimately, we made it to the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge where thousands upon thousands of birds make a winter home and.... quite a raucous too!
I've specially selected some soundtracks to choreograph this segment too and I think you're really going to enjoy taking this virtual trip with us as we head towards our winter's destination in the Bahamas.
