At picture no.8 there is two cars there, Viva in the first picture and Myvi in the second picture. Viva is known as a small car that can park anywhere and Myvi is known as the King of road because most accidents that happen, myvi will be there also🤣
It is not either straw or kettle, just a gesture that you show towards your mouth, which means drink a cup of drinks.. other than that, ‘say nothing’ on that meme means that our brain kind of process should i speak or not.. or remain quiet.. but when we want to say something we would ask how long abang do grab hahaha
The car door meme is to resemble that almost all doors in Malaysia have that kind of door knob. To make it exeggerate, the meme creater use it with car door.
The person might have IBS or susceptible to Crohn's disease. Thie person cannot eats spicy food too often too money as it will irritate their stomach. My friend has Crohn's
Malaysians are usually friendly, so when we take grab, we would think whether we should speak or not. And if we speak the conversation would always start with “how long have you been doing this (grab)?”😂 anyway, I see Juro there! Been her fan since she was pranked 😅😂 Do come to Malaysia Juro~~
Actually the rating star is not for all Malaysian..hahaha..i do love having conversation with grab drivers because that's when i can learn about other people struggle & hardship or just learn about general life of people..and learn to be humble & grateful for what i have right now
Well not when the driver with a kind of temper talking about politics or religion and you disagree but cannot really say it coz you are in his car in the middle of no where

I would usually just gave 5 stars to the grab drivers, whether they talked or not since its their income. But yeah, that question always the first came to my mind every time there's awkward silence in the car...hahahaha
in my opinion, the "say nothing" means that, we want to say nothing to not get into long conversation but us malaysian just naturally will start a conversation haha
I love how you guys thinking becuz some of them, i didn't know what they are actually meant 🤣🤣... 0:49 Most Malay people do love Durian, but it kind of rare I guess to serve durian as their birthday events.. But, mostly they become more happy-chaotic when Durian come in season.... it is just meaning They love it. 1:56 This is first time i have seen this meme 🤣, but you are right thou but it is just only when you have to greet people which not far or close in distance... But mostly we just wave our hand to greet someone.. 2:24 Actually As a malaysian, myself didn't quiet use all kind of this gesture. But, I just seen many malaysian people do it ( *Seriously we just like know how to use body language* ) 😂.. But not only in Mamak, you can try in Malay/ regular restaurant.. They would definitely understand that... 3:14 this is actually true story, And i know you guys seem relatable with that... It just depends on people, if you are introverted you may just want a simple words, but if you extroverted, you just kind like to say more than words but not quiet long...it is just not wrong to say nothing in every public transportation, when in someone car includes grabcar, you will find awkward or weird if you don't say anything or start simple conversation with driver.. so at least, just a two-three words just okay 👌 4:36 Nah, depends for people, im just okay becauze i don't want or like to waste time to take another order, so i just say yes and leave.. the 4th meme is it's almost every Malaysian do this i guess . our brain don't want to ask the grab driver but end up always asking them for how long they've been working as a grab driver 😂
Those hand gestures are real, I always use them but I never really thought about it. It's used when the waiter is far away from you, its not good to shout so just communicate the basics with hands.
About the Grab rating, we are too polite to stay quiet in the car while someone is kind enough to drive us, but we do want our peace and quiet in the car if that is possible. But I've never rated my Grab drivers less than 5 because they were so nice to me in their own ways. #kalaukaubaiksangat
About the 'grabcar meme' I think it refers to Malaysian being too friendly but sometimes wanna try not to engage into conversations so they resist talking. However, base on my personal experience, resisting will never work😂😂
Thank you for say to Malaysia is a soft and kind people I'm so happy when hear that thank you so much blimey actually I'm still kids and I love to watch you're video ✨
I think there's a confusion on the translation for soy egg rice, if I'm not mistaken Soy egg rice = Nasi telur kicap Nasi bujang = Nasi + telur dadar + sup/kuah tomyum *Correct me if I'm wrong
Most Korean youths should do bag packing to Malaysia just to get the multi culture and food heaven experience. From mountains to the beach to the jungles and all so affordable. Thanks for promoting Malaysia!
Well as a Malaysian i can relate to most of these and understand them. It's very fun watching other people watching about your own country and seeing their reaction making yourself know more about your country than them knowing about yours. VERY fun. :)
For the grab meme one, I think usually most Malaysian will atleast greet other people with few words. A cultural thing I guess? It's like to show politeness, humble towards each other and to show that we are not arrogant.
Actually we do also using hand is we saw any friend or acquaintance while we drive car or motorcycle or we just using hon and shout louder. The eyebrow usually using when walk meet each other but you busy (like you talking at phone)( you talk than you coworker came so just greet like that). Different situation different greet. Also for the road most of this type of road at big city or near big city , but for another area not like this so it fine, most complex area usually kuala lumpur, shah alam and putrajaya also complex but not as bad as kuala lumpur.
About the Grab rating, i love having conversation with driver especially your are from other state or foreigner. You can get more local information especially local favorite food, place to visit, and local culture product. They love to share with you and show you the right way. That's my way to get the local info.....
2:44 That means drink water, not kettle or straw just drinking water. Malaysian love to use hand signal so much, so there is many meaning about the hand signal. You can use hand signal when crossing road, say Hello to people, order food & so much more😂 3:23 In Malaysia, if we wear earphone & ignore the grab or taxi driver, that will consider a bit rude. Usually, on grabcar we always feel confuse whether we need to start the conversation or just be Quiet😂 So, when we start the conversation, we'll ask "How long have you work as grab driver?" haha
The grab part (say nothing), it is only applied to grab drivers not foreigners and strangers, just grab drivers. We don't hate talking a lot with people tho, so don't be sorry😂✨
The mcd 3x spicy chicken, i only ate half of a drumstick, already running to the bathroom with diarrhea. I was sooo afraid to eat anymore after that. TBF I can't eat spicy food much. The normal 1x spicy mcd chicken were already too spicy for me. 3x spicy is nuclear.

The hand gesture in mamak restaurant, I guess because most waiters are either foreigner from India or not well converse in Malay language. I used to get wrong orders, but the hand gesture made the order simpler and they will understand better.
I think the meme where a door knob is on the car door, means as Malaysian, doesnt matter where we are, we always open door by pulling, eventhought the signs say push. Thats the thing, either we always confuse or some of use really doesnt understand english. 😂 Even if there is words, 'Tolak' (push) on the door, we still 'tarik'. (Pull) 😂 Thats what that meme means. We can only pull car doors but cannot push to open.
its alright you can talk to us about anything. We just don't want to talk in awkward situations thats all. If you talk to us we will talk to you back NO DOUBT
Ill explain the one i think ambiguous to your korean friends. The one with hand signal malaysian usually use when we want to speak silently or the other person is far enough. so they can understand with just hand gesture instead of hearing the words. and its not kettle, i think it resembles drinking from bottle or cup. and with that hand signal you can use it in mamak with korean words and they still probably understand it The eyebrow lift signal rarely use nowadays, we simply lift our chin to say "what's up?'
I love durian... I've tried durian cake from SR, so sedap🤤 We usually angkat kening for greeting someone we are close to or familiar with. I usually just order with the hand gesture as to really make sure the waiter take the right order😂 Hahaha... adoilah... berdekah bila dia tanya perut orang Malaysia okay tak?😂 BTW sekarang dah ada lagi McD ayam goreng 3x spicy.😍😋 Malaysian drivers sometimes make me wonder how come they could be so dense? about the car parkiing thing.. its because in malaysia, there's a car model called Myvi. This car is nicknamed King of the Road, and also caused a lot of malaysian road accidents
Yes it's true. I am as a grabcar driver, the most common opening topic for conversation from passenger is always the same. "How long you've been driving grab"
the 3rd meme panggil order = to order order minum = want to order drink ( it's not a kettle or straw ) 😂 order makan = want to order food gelas kecil = ask for a small glass gelas besar = ask for a big glass order nasi = ask for rice order sup / sambal belacan = want to order soup / sambal belacan panggil kira = call them for bill and it's usual
Haa it's my favorite nasi kicap bujang. I cook and home alone. Just realized to me. When my mom told nasi kicap bujang my favorite. Very nostalgic moment.
aside from the nasi putih + telur + kicap, just mixing the barely half-boiled egg (separuh rebus) with soy sauce and a bit of white pepper is also a thing here. aa lapar pulak cakap pasal makanan
5. When the mamak ane asks if your order is correct? What I'm saying: Ok thanks Bos 👍 But what I'm thinking: "if I said No, it's another 5-10 minutes to wait for next order" 😅😅😅

Soy egg rice = Nasi telur kicap
Nasi bujang = Nasi + telur dadar + sup/kuah tomyum

not really. rice with egg and soy also sometimes called nasi bujang cuz its simple
Yup. If nasi bujang got soup kosong to go with egg and rice
'nasi bujang' usually known rice + egg + soup but soy sauce@ketchup +egg + rice consider as 'nasi bujang' also can lah..
It doesn't matter if it's with/out the 'sup kosong' because we don't prepare it at home...only asking it for free at 'kedai makan'
for more specific, nasi bujang with soup is siam restaurant style. the real malaysian nasi bujang is rice with egg and soy
